The historic, luxury, 4-star hotel Europa is a real gem in Lublin. The hotel is located on Krakowskie Przedmiescie Street, just a few steps from all the monuments of the historic quarter, and is a great place to stay, both for guests traveling on business, as well as for tourists.
Built in the years 1865-1867, it was modeled after the hotel Europejski in Warsaw, which has been created by Henryk Marconi. Beautifully renovated and restored to former splendor, the hotel was reopened in 2002.

Review 1：Not a big deal: room was long and narrow, so the beds were not along side. (if you are not a couple this might be even an advantage). Signs of ageing are clearly visible, still very good value for money.

Review 3：Car park small. I had problems to park my little bit bigger car. Under my room is located drink bar which is open till 5am. I did not sleep because of loud shoutings, fights of young students and taxi cars bringing new people and waiting for passengers. This club should not be there.

Review 5：No business center. Wifi went on fritz during night and night crew did not know how to reset router. Room only had a shower, no bath. Shower floor very slippery. Necessary to hold on to something during shower, otherwise you will take a nasty spill.

Review 7：Aircondition is made for one huge pipe on the room and that make rather loud noise inside the room. In the evening the noice attenuate, due to aircondition decreace.

Review 9：Not very comfortable bed, especially the small pillow - couldn't sleep for a half of night. To say the truth I'm quite demanding to sleeping place, so it's not a big minus for hotel.

Review 10：The biggest surprise was that FC Shakhtar Donetsk stayed there with us =). Location is ideal. Surprised it was quiet on the very center street at night (our windows were on the backyard side). Very clean and comfortable room. Tasty and versatile breakfast.

Review 11：I had a generally bad experience. There was evidently too little staff for a hotel this size. Breakfast was very poor. No fresh coffee. Night was cold.

Review 13：I got a smoking room although the booking confirmation stated that I would have a non-smoking room. I had also requested a quiet room (at the time I made the booking one month in advance), and the smoking room was indeed quiet. But the only non-smoking room they had left faced a construction work site. The lady in the reception really tried her best to solve the problem, but the hotel was full. The breakfast was a little boring. The juices tasted artificial. The bread was good.

Review 14：This is a decent hotel with old-world charm. The lady in the reception (with short blond hair) was very service-minded.

Do not recommend taking the rooms above the bar (some are premium rooms). Breakfast was just ok-- compared to quality of food in nearby restaurants it was surprisingly skimpy.

Review 23：The hotel i clean and comfortable and our room was really good size ! The bed was comfortable and the was shower good. The breakfast was good with lots of variety and choice served in good surroundings.

Review 24：we booked a double bed room. When we arrived no double bed. They moved us to a double bed room, but that was smoking (bad smell) so we moved back to the room we did not book and wanted.

Review 99：Nice hotel in the centre of Lublin, 500 m. from the old town. Rooms are completely cleaned everyday, even on Sundays. Breakfast is as it should be, a cook prepares the eggs on wish in the restaurant. Friendly staff, there was no problem to cancel my last night. Safe and guarded parking place for 30 PLN/night in an innercourt, a staff member drived with me to the parking entry. The restaurant offers a nice menu for a reasonable price. Free cable internet connection in the room + WIFI available.

Review 101：I slept in this hotel 8 years ago and I was delighted. Now standard of the hotel decreased. Windowsill dirty, taps not cleaned enough. WIFI did not work in the room (in the foyer only).

Review 105：dont be fooled like we were. this has nothing to do with a 4 stars hotel, the personnel was awful, the room was partially clean each day ( same sheets for the entire stay), we booked a double bed and we were given twin beds instead - their only suggestion was to get a double bed in a room without clim ( the temperature was 35 degrees at the time)...no tea or coffee in the room, well we would have been better at a less expensive hotel. highly disappointed !
