Review 1：There is a very noisy in the hotel. You can hear everything that goes on outside the room. And housekeeping starts to clean early in the morning. Poor soundproofing in the hotel.

Review 7：Too much traffic noise and air conditioning system too noisy. The shower needed a fixing and there was no safety box available inside the room. Need for an italian mobile no for registering for the free wifi.

Review 9：Very beautiful and confortable hotel, rooms are very clean, reception is very friendly. We ate very good, although we only had the breakfast included. The price was very good for what we got in exchange! The cleaning staff was very friendly, also Mr. Sergio and his Wife. We really recommend it to all tourists that want to visit Viareggio.

Review 13：Staff were very helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Room was clean and everthing worked. Breakfast was the usual continental buffet but there was a good selection. Location is just a few yards from the beach. All in all I enjoyed my stay very much

Self-service breakfast included with an extensive range of options, from fresh fruits to cheese and salami, from delicious croissants to cereals. We had also lunch and dinner, tasty, very fair portions for a very small supplement. Overall a great place to stay.

Review 18：-Super friendly and helpful people, great location, very clean, very close to the beach. -You get discount for the sun beds on the Amedea beach. Usually they are 20eur for two person but you pay only 10eur if you are from the Caribe Hotel. But even there the people were very friendly. -Try to get a room on the street side. It is quiet and you have a nice sea view. -If you need any help Sergio and the girl at the reception (I forgot her name) :( doing their best to help you. -If I go back to Viareggio I will definitely stay in this hotel again. I felt very comfortable and like at home.

Review 19：Staff doesn't speak English. Only the owner speaks, but not really much. The hotel feels like two stars, it's not a good value for money - to me it seemed to be overpriced comparing to other options that I found later. The procedure to connecting to wi fi is very complicated and even the owner had to call somebody to be instructed how to do it. You have to be registered for wi fi, then you receive some SMS with password, and all instructions for that are in Italian. When I complained for this procedure, the owner said that its my problem, not his. Breakfast is very poor, room is small, elevator is old and doors are not opened automatically which is very inconvenient. Definitely I would not stay in this hotel again and will not recommend anybody to do so.

Review 24：The Location. Near beach, but on a quiet street without crowds of people and cars. In the Centre of Viareggio. Rooms. Cozy and clean. Everything in stock and everything works. The hotel owner and staff were friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfasts. You can also have lunch and dinner in the hotel. Very tasty!
