Review 1：My room wasn't cleaned and the bedsheets and towels from the last guest were still in my room! There was no one there to exchange them for me so I had to sleep on by own bathtowel... To sum up, totally overpriced, untidy, filthy and there was no dry space nor hooks to store your clothes in the showers.

Review 3：Had to get moved rooms because the room stunk of smoke. The second room wasnt much better but was no point asking again as the bar girl wasn't much help the first time stating she didn't know what rooms had balconies/windows. A non smoking room should be sold as just that. thats the 2nd time I stayed. There won't be a 3rd. The smoke was too much.

Review 9：Staff have no clue, take no responsibility for anything. Called inadvance of booking (4hrs before) to check booking details, parking oranything else I need to know before arriving as I was arriving lateish.When I arrived couldn't find booking. Took 20 mins to work it out asonly had one capable staff member Available to do anything. Once theyfound booking and took cc imprint, told me they have.no eftpos and Ihave to pay cash before they will give me key. Atm outside charges touse it. Then had to stuff around to find my bank atm and come back toget key. Finally checked in after half an hour. Settle in room etc andnotify family of arrival etc, come down to eat, to find kitchen hadalready closed. Manager said only food is takeaway which is not close.Later find that there was somewhere closer. One of reasons why I bookedwas that I didn't have to go anywhere else to eat.....next dayManager didn't take responsibility for lack of communication andlack of ownership of the problem blamed everyone else. Left me moreangry than I already was.
Review 10：Room itself was good, that is where it ended
Review 11：Got there at 8pm, all good. Went to our room and it had been used as a store room, we had to wait for it to get cleared, got in to bed. Been asleep for about 2 hours woke up to being bitten, had a rash down my side I was sleeping at... (Found out it was bed bugs) left there at 2am could not handle it anymore, when I wrote a email to complain, they where the worst I have ever delt with. The manager didn't really care, there attatuide was it has teen fumigated countless of times and that they have regular customers that keep coming back. I asked for a refund they said no!
