Review 1：Really disappointing staff (bar, restaurant, pizzeria and generally in the common areas out of the reception), rude and sometimes impolite. Pizza some ingredients was tasty less.

Review 3：This is not a 4 star resort.his old glory is long gone. Old furniture,bathrooms are dirty and with fungus and cry for refurbishment. Theswimming pool has cold water and not enough sun beds.... The list ispretty long. If you think to chose it because of the services add extramoney for every little thing you will get. Like for example the sun bedson the hotel beach ( 33 euros/day!!). Paid wifi. We were very happyto leave and change the hotel... The check out is at 9 A.m ....who wantsto wake up at 6 to be able to make it on time .... for sure we will notcome here again or recommend this place to anyone . no good value formoney! Far from it....

Review 7：The main downside of the resort is it is so spread out that, depending where you stay, you may do A LOT of walking (in our case over a half kilometer) to the main dinning room and beach facilities. So people with small children should be careful which rooms they book. Also, the size of the main dining room makes it feel like a large canteen rather than intimate dining experience. Having said that, the food was very good. My single biggest disappointment was the very old fashioned approach to WiFi: even in the reception you have to pay EUR 6 per hour to use it. In my view, this is unacceptable in this day and age.

Review 8：Tanka Village is a nicely maintained but sprawling resort, which is well situated on a sandy beach. Its huge size is both its strength and weakness. The strength is the number of facilities available: tennis, basketball, football, plus obviously a great beach with a windsurfing and sailing center as well as a fantastic diving center. The diving center was for us the single best thing about the resort because my pre-teen son learned how to scuba dive, and even saw a stingray and octopus. (Thanks again, Martina!)

Review 9：You are showing on your website a picture of a restaurant which have been closed 3 years ago !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Staff at the reception is not flexible at all. WiFi is the most expensive I have seen in my life. Food could be better in particular pasta. We are in Italy !!!!!

Review 11：The reception staff were very unhelpful. No information pack either. Staff had very limited English. The food was average. It was very expensive to eat in the restaurants on the resort. They had load music playing all day on the beach with someone's speaking through a microphone. There's no internet coverage. The computers where you can log on ( paid) don't log you off properly. Very poor customer service when reporting an issue.

Review 12：The weather was incredible. The beache was beautiful but very noisy with load music playing all dayso we had to go to another beach further down the coast. The horse riding and snorkelling was good.

Review 14：Location, facilities and food. We just stayed 3 nights but we wished we could stay more... This is not a hotel it’s a resort so don't expect something different from a village.

Review 15：Very poor building and poorly equiped apartment, 15 years old tv. The TANKA card system of payment is good only for the owners. They will charge you during the check-in for the whole stay in advance and everything you want to buy, drink and eat extra you have to pay only using TANKA vard. You have to check how much is your credit all the time and it doesn't help you anyhow as you need to have money with you as well. Feading of the TANKA card using a credit card is impossible. Only cash!!! The owners are satisfied - they have all the money before you will buy the service. Any credit card commission. I will be happy to have such a job!!! The local personnel is ok. The Russian personnel by the receptionist desk was not polite, not professional and was too slow. We felt helpless. The cheapest umbrella and two sunbeds at the hotel beach for 12€ per day was quite surprising.

Review 17：That was the worst value for money I've ever had. The small and dark room at the rate of about 400 euro per day was located half a kilometer from the beach. To get there we had to climb the mountain and go through unpaved dusty parking and roads. If we went through paved roads that took almost a kilometer to get to the beach. Above all that the system of Tanka Village is arranged in the way to suck cash out of pockets in the most effective way. You have to pay several prices for most of goods and services located on hotel territory, chairs on the beach did cost us 20-50 euro per day. Free shuttle to the adjacent village named Vilassimius does not cope with the flow of people that want to use it. Canteen is arranged to feed several hudred people simultaneously. On the last breakfast in the canteen we ate something wrong and got poisoned. General impression is that the location is one of the worst places I have stayed in. Too many people and poor level of service. I know the value of money, and Tanka hotel is definitely overpriced, it is not the 4-star hotel as declared. Unfortunately I took the non-returnable tarriff at booking.com, so we had to do our best to look for positive emotions (not related to Tanka Village) and stay there for the whole period I booked.

Review 19：- Food with Standard room TASTELESS, only breakfast is ok, otherwise run outside the village or go to the more expensive Hotel Restaurant if you want to avoid sharing your dinner with 1000 persons. Wine is a mess (Either Red or White, it is 10.5 degrees of alcool, avoid it at all costs, even it's free) Thanks god we were half board, and we got outside in Villasimius for dinner (1km from hotel) - Bar Prices: count about 3 times the normal price outside the Hotel. Example a beer of 1.50 Euros is 4.50 Euros inside. - Shop Prices, oh my god, Is this because many Russians are here ? - Finally, Infrastructure and location are good, but value for the money is poor if you dont take higher ranked rooms including access to better restaurant. - Tanka Card system is nice, you pay everything with it, but Need to withdraw Cash at ATM in reception, then charge your TANKA card with cash onto several places.

Review 20：- All in one Village with Hotel : Nice Beach, Bars, Restaurant, Shops, Diving Club, with quiet bungalow - Very practical for Familly with Children or if you dont have a car - Enormous Olympic Pool, and nice pool for children - The feeling that even if many people are in the Hotel, there is some space for everyone. - A system with a Card you can charge money and pay everything with it (appart Dives)

It was like ItalianButlins- do not come here under any circumstances and I will be takingup this supposed 4 star resort with booking.com do not believe thepictures of the resort either

Comfort. None to speakoff. Multitude of people at all meal times made eating impossible.Quality was awful, and the breakfast is not worthy of prison food.Crossaints, fruit and coffee all sub standard and not fit for animalconsumption. No wifi in rooms or central areas. Allegedly out ofservice. Permanently. Value for money. Appalling. To be charge nearlytwo thousand euros for six nights is tantamount to robbery. Thestandard, that denotes the charge per person per room, is barely onestar. Certainly not four. Location. Should your holiday dream be toattend a week in prison or a concentration camp then this mess is foryou. The area, bar Atahotel is beautiful, with poor signage be thankfulthat it is not the easiest place to find. Words fail me to describeadequately how abysmal this place really is. Avoid, failing that...flee.
