Review 1：1. staff wanted to charge the second for staying during check-out, but it was paid during checking. they didn't have notice about our payment. Also we didn't get any apologies for their mistake. It was very impolite and rude from their side 2. soap was missing in the bathroom 3. there's no free parking; 30 zl per day 4. smell of cigarettes in non-smoking room 5. bathroom and walls in the room are cranky, it's required renovation

Review 3：There were young people from Romania.They behaved like a zoo. Throughout the night shouting and banging on the door on the floor. After promising to call the police calmed down. Spoiled night-only unpleasant moment.

Review 6：With one elevator out of order, waiting times for the other. Top floor rooms should all have airconditioning. Now the rooms without aircondition are too hot in summer. Distance to the city centre is only just ok.(10 minutes walk)

Review 8：The biggest pitfall is the parking for cars. It is charged separately and is very expensive. I would say an absurd value. The second pitfall is that breakfast is not included on bookings made by Booking.com (are false offers). Only on bookings made directly at the hotel website or at the counter (which are always more expensive). If I travel with car and I stay in a "good hotel", the parking should be included. If I host me in a "good hotel" (not a hostel or motel - or even a disqualified hotel) the breakfast should be included. There are nearby options that include all this, but only after having to pay the surprise bill I was discovering it. I can still add a lack of maintenance (electronic and bathroom). Hard noises in the bathroom exhaust fan, televisions without sign, small beds that the mattress slides out from the dais.

I mentioned that the rates had been set at the time ofthe booking on booking.com but the receptionist refused to understand itand charged me the difference
