Review 1：Security is a bit of a concern...

Review 2：overall is a nice place to stay. Can make it more family friendly. Maybe designate a floor for family and another level for busines traveller.

Review 3：Need a zebra crossing or traffic light close to the hotel if you're walking. No problem if you're driving...

Review 4：The staff were friendly and able to answer all my questions about the area, about the fluffy pillows etc. My son and i felt very safe traveling on our own and ending our day at the Starz Hotel, Kluang.

Review 5：There was a loud "pop" at 4am in the morning which woke us up. We checked the room & found nothing amiss. Thought this was quite strange but forgot to inform the hotel about it.

Review 14：Cleanliness, the room is spacious, the owner really put up a lot of efforts to make it an excellent hotel. There are a lot of Astro channels available. The Wifi service is fast. Check- in & out was a fast procedure. The staffs are courteous. And the room comes with free daily newspaper. There is also a guard at night to parole the cars parked outside the building. The location are strategic. There is convenient shop nearby.

Review 15：The elevator needed tweaking. But as the hotel is only 2 floors, the stairs were fine.

Review 16：The overall condition of the hotel was very satisfying in terms of cleanliness, friendly staff and the room was very comfortable. Next to the hotel is a foot massage parlour, a pharmacy and round the corner Kluang Rail coffeshop. The hotel is situated facing the road near the roundabout in Tasik, thus easily accessible.

Review 52：A little downside: Noise from the passing vehicles as it is located near the main street (but still bearable). The water from the rain shower tend to spill out of the shower area, resulting in the remaining area of the bathroom being wet. Having said that, it is still a good place to stay.
