Review 1：No toiletries, soap, toothbrush, shampoo, only shower gel available Room next door, corridor can be heard ringing door bell, closing door, people talking, even opening tap water can be heard. No sound proof

Review 3：All the staff are very helpfull.Especially house keeping unties.I ask for iron box.immediately within ten minutes she get me one with iron table.will recomend frens n will come back again.

Review 12：The hotel looks decent until I smell cigarette at the corridors and in my room though it is a non-smoking room. Room was rather small and toilet floor was slippery. The canteen where it serves breakfast basically did not allocate for non smokers, everyone was smoking in the cafe... it was too unbearable that I have to skip my breakfast there.

Review 33：Breakfast is provided (also in this website it states breakfast not provided). However, the service is extremely slow although there were few customers dining in.

Review 34：This hotel is new and safe to stay. Bed is comfortable, shower water pressure is good and toilet is clean and dry. It is basic hotel however do note that they don't provide shampoo, toothbrush/toothpaste but there is a convenience store next to the hotel. I would say this is the best hotel to stay in Kluang.
