Review 1：Very family friendly. Great location - amazing park across the road. 1 street from shops. Smallish pool - 2 spas. Had the pool to ourselves most days. loved the free use of pool equipment The apartment was great - everything you need for travelling with small children. Full kitchen, washing machine, dryer, iron, clean bathrooms - perfect The staff were extremely helpful. I highly recommend. Very peaceful, convenient, clean and comfortable.

Review 2：On the 4th floor, the apparent increase in wind speed and air pressure which is probably generated by the close proximity of the surrounding high rise units. Uncomfortable if not scarry in a decent storm or cyclone.

Review 4：We found the management Shelley and David very friendly and helpful. They booked us into an excellent restaurant and also asked us each time they saw us if we needed any assistance. Will definitely recommend staying at Ritz.pool great good for swimming and location excellent.

Review 5：Was a really hot time of year, and we found it hard to sleep. Maybe a few free standing fans that could be moved round the apartment. Bedroom had a ceiling fan, but didn't cool the room down much. This wouldn't stop me from staying here again though.

Review 9：All great . Very friendly manager Shelley. Let us check in early which was great. Everything you need in a kitchen to cook up a feast. The room was huge . Very quiet street close to everything. Even a rubbish refuse shute near our door.

Had everything we needed including washing machine,dryer, oven, big fridge etc. Parking: undergrand & secure. Also had some guest parking. Location: close to beach, restaurants,Woolworth yet very quiet street. Pls try ' no name lane' cafe for the best coffee.

Review 11：Nothing. Perhaps if all bedrooms are air conditioned that will be perfect especially during summer. Equipped with fan though. Not an issue for us.

Review 12：Welcomed by a very friendly manager, Shelley who actually greeted me by my name throughout my stay. My apartment was ready despite an early check-in. My children really like the apartment which came with wifi (normally come with 2 passwords but Shelley gave us 2 extra passwords). Equipped with premium Foxtel channels. We asked for the highest floor to enjoy the seaview and our wish was granted. Superb view especially from main balcony. Covered secured parking. Beach is just across the road and Woolworth is just 1 row away. Walking distance to Pacific Fair shopping mall. Definitely will stay at same place should we come to Gold Coast again.

Review 15：What's great is that it's not a high rise block of apartments. You get great personal service. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, was lovely and big, modern, overlooked the pool and we had slight view of the ocean. Lovely pool, kids loved the Spa... Close to all the restaurants, beautiful white sand beach, close to playground, Oasis Mall close by... Highly recommended..

Review 16：I didn't really like the apartment we got as it was quite old & didn't give us a very clean & comfortable feeling. The wifi connection on our level is not stable, keeps getting disconnected intermittently which was frustrating.

Review 17：The location of the property was excellent, near to beach & playground. It is also within walking distance to supermarket & Pacific Fair shopping mall. Shelley at the front desk, was very accommodating & helpful.

Review 18：Didn't realise there was a pedestal fan in the master bedroom wardrobe until the day we were checking out. Would have helped circulate some air in that bedroom to sleep better (my fault for not realising or asking!)

Review 21：Really clean and tidy with everything we needed including heated pool, spa and gym. The two bedroom apartment was spacious. Not the newest but excellent value for money and located just across from the beach.

Pool and BBQ areas clean and convenient. A great location for the beach, local shops, casino, light rail etc. Just right for a relaxing holiday also.

Review 23：We loved the ritz resort. The apartment no 203 was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The pool was a perfect temperature and spas nice and hot. Awesome rooftop spa and bbq area. Our apartment had a lovely balcony and full foxtel with heaps of channels. Location is brilliant. We highly recommend the ritz and will be back! Thanks also to the lovely lady who runs the place!!

Review 25：Quiet location. Management very friendly. Accommodation light and airy and comfortable. We had our son and his toddler and wife with us and we all loved it.

Review 26：Just a bit too much glass in our room (coffee table, dining table) for my 4 year old to be safe & for me to relax...bumped head 2 times. Wifi wasn't very good, wasn't consistent. In kitchen a few extra bin liners & salt & pepper would be nice. TV in bedroom is dangerous. Fell to the side when movement upstairs.

Review 27：Loved the location. Loved the fact the Ritz wasn't fancy, really easy to relax in & staff were lovely. We'd definitely stay again & will. Facilities were great. Didn't use the laundry or dishwasher but nice to have if we had a longer stay. Close to beach, amazing park & supermarket. Best coffee is at No Name Lane!

Review 43：The apartment's decor isn't super flash, but it's clean and perfectly functional and great value for money.

Review 44：Amazing service. We were so well looked after. Close to the beach, shops and a few nice restaurants and cafes. Great roof top spa. Sky TV for rainy days or chilled nights in! We chose this place because it was able to provide two Queen beds. So glad we stayed here and would stay again.

Review 45：Maybe the beds could be better and there should be ceiling fans in the rooms. The room we stayed at was very comfortable and had good decor but some paint and new curtains would have increased the look of the apartment.

The location is great for families, with a playground at the end of the street and a small walk to cafes, eateries and shopping. Overall a great place to stay

Review 54：A lovely apartment in a quiet spot, close to a superb park and beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful, doing their utmost to ensure you have a relaxing holiday. An easy walk to shops and restaurants. A choice of BBQ facilities on the roof or poolside provided a great opportunity to watch the sunset. VERY happy with our choice and will return.

Review 91：Shelley and David are so helpful and can't do enough for you. The Ritz is close to all the facilities of Broadbeach with shops, supermarket, restaurants, beach and the surf club within a few minutes walk. The surf club does great food and has a balcony seating area overlooking the beach.

Review 98：The unit was in top condition, spotless. Shelley was really friendly and helpful. Location not right on the front road on the beach was good, as there was little traffic noise. Good views of the water, and the Gold Coast hinterland. We will definitely stay here again, the same unit.

Review 99：We had a fantastic stay. The location is wonderful, so close to everything. The staff were amazing! So friendly and went out of their way to engage with our VERY talkative 4 year old with her long stories and million questions. Nothing was too much trouble. Facilities were great and we loved our apartment. We will be back!

Review 105：“Ritz Resort” is a condo; each apartment has a different owner. We booked here because of its high rating. But the décor and condition of each unit varies. It's “luck of the draw”. Despite lovely views of the ocean and the skyline, the furniture in our unit was outdated and the ceiling fixtures darkened by dust and dead bugs. The carpeting was old and musty and there was a hole in the bedroom wall. The dishes needed to be cleaned before use. Why? The Ritz provides a small “starter” amount of cleaning supplies so probably dishes get rinsed, not washed. Hope for a better suite if you book here. Based on our experience the Ritz doesn't warrants its current 9.3 rating.

Review 106：Located near the sands of Broadbeach, the Ritz has a swimming pool, hot tub and barbeque. It is close to a supermarket, restaurants and shopping centres, and has exterior amenities including lovely gardens and a dedicated underground parking spot. The managers, Shelley and David, are charming, courteous and helpful people.

Review 107：We really enjoyed our stay at the Ritz. Lovely apartment with plenty of space. Really clean with everything we needed. Staff were extremely helpful and even loaned is a stroller as we forgot ours! Great resort, will definitely visit again.

Review 108：Decor a little dated, but being older style appartment it was larger. Only things we didn't like was lack of water view (my fault, I didn't check and I will do so next time) and lack of airconditioning in second bedroom. Nights were muggy and it made it harder to sleep.

Review 109：5 minute walk and we were in the heart of the Broadbeach restaurant precinct. Enjoyed the pool and spa. Shelley was lovely host...very friendly and welcoming. We would happily go back.

Review 116：To note: The sliding doors from both the lounge and bedrooms are difficult to open and this is due to the rubber along the bottom lifting. Would recommend this be looked at. Also the kitchen cupboard under the sink needs adjusting.
