Cormoran Hotel sells fast on our site. The Cormoran Hotel is right on the white sandy shores of Villasimius and provides over 1,000 feet of private beach. Set in lush gardens, it has water sports facilities and 2 pools.

Review 1：The hotel was due to close for end season on our last day of stay. The staff asked all visitors about their needs, kept the beach restaurant open for all guest. The location is great, the hotel has all you need, rooms, family rooms, bungalow, apartment and villa but still not too big. Can only recommend

Review 2：I've travelled a lot, but never seen such a not friendly reception crew. Don't hope getting a "good morning" or a "smile". They even didn't show us our room (we got only a sign with the hand: "in this direction"). And don't try to disturbe them when they're "working" behind the computer... You feel as not wellcome. Not worth a 1 star hotel.

Review 3：Very nice location with a beautiful private beach. Seaside hotel with a nice view. If you want to have a restful holiday, this is the place to be. Take the car and drive to Villasimius (7min) and enjoy restaurants, icecreams etc, or rent a boat to sea beautiful small islands around not far from hotel.

Review 4：Bedroom resembled a 'poor quality youth hostel' (metal framed bunk beds with broken ladder). Lunch and Dinner menus unashamedly overpriced.

Review 5：Great mini-club for children aged 5-10 years. Energetic, friendly staff created fun activities. Good quality breakfast with wide choice of foods to suit all nationalities.

Review 6：Standard room a little small. The bed was quite hard and pillows uncomfortable. A little pricey in August but that goes for the whole island. Internet doesn't work very well.

Review 14：We have stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which is ideal for a family with 2 kids. The apartment was very clean and everything was in good condition. It is designed with a high attention to detail to make the stay very comfortable. The hotel is situated on a nice sandy beach and a pool is quite nice as well. Actually everything was very nice and convenient.

Review 15：Because we had an apartment, we didnt realize the housekeeping only came once. It takes an hour to get from Cagliari airport to the hotel (and a bit pricey for the hotel shuttle). But in spite of these, we really loved our stay and would definitely go back to Cormoran again!

Review 16：The Cormoran Hotel is a great value for a relaxing beach holiday. Things we loved: the beach was just a few steps from our room; the beach bar was great for getting a bite and a drink; the pool had tables/chair for also eating and was right next to the beach; the hotel provided bacci ball, table tennis, volleyball, and swimming gear for the beach, etc; great Italian restaurants within walking distance of the hotel; and the staff were very helpful.

Review 17：Accomodation was too basic to be 4 star. Balcony converted share with kitchenette and therefore cramped. Could not relax there.

Review 19：1) Would not recommend to families with children that do not speak Italian – there is quite an extensive entertainment/animation program for children in the hotel – but all international children are effectively excluded from it as animators do not try to integrate them in. Animators do not run entertainment in English or any other language apart from Italian even though most of them are capable to do so. It would have been better if the hotel had no animation at all as non-Italian children see how the Italians are treated and feel excluded/become frustrated. We complained a few times but nothing has changed – this is especially strange as a significant part of children is either English, Russian or German 2) Sun chairs allocation by the lifeguard is ridiculous – have no idea how the lifeguard allocates the chairs – the hotel has dedicated chairs with umbrellas and we asked to have a first line if possible even for a few days as otherwise you can’t see your children when they are close to the sea due to the shape of the beach. Every day we were being told that first line was not available while watching how newcomers were allocated the first line – we spent 2 weeks there and the lifeguard was telling us the same story every single day which was hard to believe…

Review 20：1) Very clean sea and beach – bellissimo! 2) Nice territory of the hotel – not just a building by the beach – nice area with pine trees, places to play with children etc. 3) Good, fresh food – expensive but that was expected – Sardinia! 4) Supermarket 5 min walk from the hotel – doesn’t have everything but essential items are available – very handy

Review 21：Fridge in bedroom quite noises. I also hated the pillows! 2.50 pp for beach towel which I wasn't told about. So managed to spend. 20euros. If I had been told it would of been better.

Review 24：Very happy with service, the frendliest people ever, people on reception, in restaurant and everywhere in Comoran put the client's wishes first. It was so good to get so much care and support! Room was perfectly clean, breakfast and all food was of really high quality. We had a 3-y old child and it was good to enjoy kids' swimming pool and playground areas. Private beach is perfectly clean with crystal clean waters, and I would say that this is the cleanest resort and the friendliest place I have ever visited, definitely will come back.

Child friendly hotel with lot of space for kids to play The room was big, clean and very confortable with outdoor space on the garden with table and chairs for relaxing after the beach. Excelent breakfast with good selection of fruits, breads and pastries. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpfull. Excellent service. The beach is very pretty and the location is very convenient. Would definatelly recomend if you are looking for a place to stay in Villasimius.
