Review 1：1. The lighting were quite dime.Need brighter lights especially at the working table. 2. I can't use the 3-pin plug because there was a broken socket stucked in it. Maintenance team should ensure all room gadgets are ready for usage before the next guest checks in to room no. 207.

Room was bit small but ok for one or two nights. near to railway which we needed as we where travelling to Singapore next day, the town was great and I would have been happy to spend few days there, we found a excellent Chinese restaurant just up the road very good value & very welcoming.
Review 15：Have to change room in middle of night after water from Bathroom overflow. The windows were not soundproof, noice from road quite distrubing if you are light sleeper. 3 parking spaces for the hotel guest, otherwise, you have to park a little further in public space and use parking coupon. Good that hotel security guard helps to look for you.

Review 58：There is no maintenence department in the hotel. Our room's light wasn't working and we have to put up with darkness for the whole night with only the help of toilet lights and the light from television and street lamps. The walls of the room is very thin and we can hear people talking, dragging their luggage. Someone tried to open our room door in the middle of the night several times. It was scary especially we didn't have any lights in the room. Thank god we locked our rooms.
Review 59：The hotel staff miss chew and miss Lee are very friendly and helpful. Miss chew even go to the extend of helping us buy the popular tau sa pia since we were not driving. Excellent service. The Malay staff was also very kind and helpful however I can't speak Malay so it was hard to communicate.
Review 60：There is no food facility in the hotel. We did not know upfront (our mistake). THe hotel could guide us better in where to go for dinner/breakfast. Note that there are nice eating places around the hotel
Review 61：We stayed for one night only as we came from Tioman Island, and had a stay in Endau-Rompin National park planned. The hotel was perfect for that purpose. The hotel also kept our luggage for an additional night free of charge, which was helpful to us! Extra kudo's for the hotel!

Review 64：Room is not able to put in extra bed for the family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children). Lucky m6 children are small size, 3 of us can share the king size bed but my husband need to sleep at the sofa. Did not received my complementary news paper but is ok as mainly we were out visiting

Room 204 entrance area near, there is a sharp nail just under the carpet which is VERY DANGEROUS when people walk barefooted. Need to look into it ASAP. Already told reception but nothing was done.

Review 83：It was not easy to find a parking spot as there are only 5 parking spotsprovided by the hotel. However, an Indian guard outside the hotel wasvery helpful in finding us a parking spot. He was also very polite whenaddressing on unavailability of parking spots. Room wise - my relativesthat stayed in a room with windows could hear the outside traffic. Itwould be good if the hotel can replace the glass to sound proof glass.
Review 84：I stayed in a room with no window. However, the room was a comfort andtoilet was clean and little items I.e notepad, pen, laundry bag, slip onslipper were available. The iron and the ironing board were quickly sentto my room shortly after I called the receptionist. There is wirelessinternet connection.
