Review 1：Breakfast was ok but Could do Better with making sure there is enough Food And refreshments there And Better Service.
Review 2：Great Location, 2 min walk to Beach or to The town. Hotel staff were friendly, Rooms were clean And spacious with fabulous views of The Sea. Free bike rental was fantastic for those with Familys And couples.
Review 3：Only really minor things: the televison is fairly small; it is hard to find a place in the room where you can dry your swimming suites; and the parking lot is quite small.
Review 4：The location is outstanding, few steps from the free(!) beach and from the small center as well, where you can drink a coffee or find a good restaurant. The staff is helpful, the breakfast is comparable to a 4 star hotel. Ideal with children. The WiFi is stable and fairly fast.

Review 32：The Staff were extremely polite which is always important but particularly so when you're staying somewhere for more than a couple of nights. The location was perfect - Marina Di Massa is a beautiful little town with loads of great restaurants, some very cool bars, and the hotel is a stone's throw from the beach. A short drive to Forte Di Marmi which is beautiful but way more expensive than MDM. Also, it is a 20 second walk to the pier where you take the boat to the Cinque Terre - an absolute must and one of the best days we've ever had. Thoroughly recommend both the hotel and the area.
Review 33：I still can't bring myself to pay to be on a piece of beach so I wasglad that there was a lovely public beach directly in line with thehotel which made up for there being no pool.
Review 34：The location of this hotel is perfect - in a nice part of the Riviera(relatively quiet but still with all the restaurants, beaches etc.) justa minute's walk from a nice piece of public beach and the privateones too. The hotel is in a block surrounded by some park land so wefelt we could choose whether to be part of the crowd or get some space.The hotel is surprisingly nice in decor, spacious rooms, lovely viewsand garden. The hotel staff were excellent, including helping withstorage of our bikes. The breakfast was unusually impressive.
Review 35：The parking facilities were not to good. There is parking space about200 meters away from the hotel, but the place is dark and uncomfortable.We did not park there.

The bathroom spacious and very clean. The building is amix of old and modern design and that worked very well. The staff wasfriendly and helpfull and made us very welcome.
