Review 1：Location - the surrounding was a bit uncomfortable The bathroom design - too open concept and not suitable if room is sharing with friend The lift is not working Car park is limited

Review 9：My room is facing the main road, loud speaker musics from shops around, speeding motor and car alarms interfered my good rest :( The toilet is "Open concept" might be little unconvienience for family with young adult or friends

Review 12：The location and the wi-fi is pretty strong. Hope the hotel will maintain its appearance and cleanliness in the long run. Each room should be given to key cards upon check in. it is ridiculous to only be given one card had a bad experience upon check in. i requested for two keys and the REFUSED and argued with me and made me upset.

Review 16：On bus route fromthe Butterworth station, and from the express bus stop. Excellent Indian restaurant, famous for banana leaf curries, just 2 mins walk. Fantastic soy bean milk and fresh tofu dessert just 5 mins walk, along Kampung Benggali

Review 19：I stay in room 318 -When i came at your hotel i was greet by this reception ( i didn't know his name) he said theres no room anymore for that day but when i said that i made a reservation thru booking.com that morning,he said that they forgot to change the room allotment in the booking.com and he didnt appologize at all.. when i ask him a question, he didnt answer me properly because he's playing with his handphone..he said to me again that i have no choice but to change my room type from standard double to family room. So i said that i will take the room and wait for my husband from kl,while im sitting at lobby he came to me and ask me (again!) If i want that room. Seriously, when im talking to him he really dont listen to me at all. And then i ask him a question about penang sentral, his answer is "oh, I DONT KNOW Im not familiar with butterworth" instead of asking his friends he give me this answer. And when my husband came, my husband ask him why they didnt change the room availability in the website,he gave us the same answer like he told me while playing with his smartphone..he didnt appologize at all even once until the day i and my husband check out from your hotel. I pay for your service charge and with this kind of service i get,im sorry i will never come again in this hotel. -staff lack of training. We expect more from u but we got less.. your staff dont even know what how to talk with a GUEST. G- greet U- use their name E- eye contact S- say sorry T- thanks
