Review 1：sadly the good thing is the bad thing as well, the beach has a rusty something ? right where you walk onto the beach. beach could do with a good clean would be a beautiful beach
Review 2：love that its out of Mackay a short way. we had a great time exploring at the beach with our two little boys and swimming in the pool. the units where clean and the staff where friendly and put the air cons on before we got there ,was hot! thank you!

Review 7：Location - close to the city, on the water. Even though very close to the runway of Mackay airport, it was no problem. We enjoyed walking on the sand at low tides and watching the water coming in again later. Having individual cabins/huts is ideal for privacy.

Review 18：that in the booking they had a restaurant and spa and couple other items but we got no restaurant no spa as we parked and walked to our rooms very very dark and as where the car park is fair way to the rooms.as being there a week didn't know much had to read notes around the house 2-3 days b4 some1 would come change towels and top up milk etc,the office people were luvly but that's it never saw them

Review 20：No laundry facilities in the room. The volume of hot water was not enough for 4 people showering and the water pressure was non existent.

Review 22：The place was getting a little old and need a bit of a face lift. The othe thing I noticed that whilst there was bedding for 4 people (there was only 2 of us) but there was only 1 glass and 2 coffee cups, so thought there could have been a little bit more in the way of things.

The restaurant has been closed for a while and requiring extra sheets and towels are going to cost you..We were supplied 20ml of dish washing liquid and 2 rolls of toilet paper to last 8 days.. And there is nowhere close to grab a feed for your family or anything else..

Review 37：I loved that it was a 2 bedroom self-contained villa, not a hotel room or apartment. I was very pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was. New cutlery and plenty of plates and glasses. Thoughtfully there was even cling wrap, foil and kitchen bags. The managers were lovely and let us know we could check in early if we wanted. Late check out was a bonus and so much appreciated.
Review 38：I was concerned how close we were to the airport, however the only times we really noticed the planes were when we were on the beach.

Review 41：Everything, the on site managers were very friendly and helpful , they even rang us up 3 hours prior to our arrival to lets us know that if we were in the area just waiting to bookin that the accommodation was ready and we could arrive when ever we liked. They even had the air conditioners going for us prior to our arrival, making it just that more comfortable when we arrived. we were right on the beach and away from all the traffic that you get when you stay in close to the city, yet we were only a 6minute drive from mackay city itself ,my son stayed at another accommodation closer to the city and payed much more and i know who had the better place to stay at and it was not him, you will never get better value for money.

Review 44：The apartment was VERY sparsely appointed (we had to use a plastic fork as there were only three in the kitchen). the rooms are dated and tired and in serious need of a face-lift and there was only one couch for four people. Only one pillow per person and the pillows were old and worn. We had to ask for a blanket for the forth person. The pool was cloudy and appeared to be in need of a clean which was a bit off-putting.
Review 45：Comfortable apartment in a picturesque location. The other couple in our party loved being able to watch the planes come in to land. The receptionist was very helpful when I asked for two single beds instead of the two double beds that we had been allocated but was a bit confronted when I asked for extra pillows however she was able to quickly source extra pillows for us
Review 46：The unit was disappointing in that it was not very clean, the curtains and blinds were disgusting, walls and window tracks were filthy. It could have had more crockery and bowls and containers for storing. The door lock needs attention, the screen doors don't lock.

Review 50：Old, bit rundown & unclean. Needs an overhaul. Lots of trades men living there, didn't feel very resorty. The spa wasn't working, the pool was unclean on the surface. The restuarant advertised on the website was permanently closed. Only 2 dining chairs in the unit in a 2 bedroom unit. Units were smelly. No lamps in bedrooms or living, all too bright for evening time. Shame, lots of potential.
