Review 1：The staff were wonderful in making us feel very well looked after. The view from our room was breath-taking, breakfast in our room exquisite and I am seriously missing the bathhouse! It was a beautiful, gentle and very traditional time during our visit to Japan. I cannot wait to come again.
Review 2：Really run down hotel at decent location, lack of wifi, laundering facilities, dinner was only Ramen and bad breakfast makes this one of the most overpriced hotels I ever stayed at. Avoid this if you can.
