Reviews for Hotel Pacific

Review 1:Stairs only. The guy at reception did take our luggage up to the third floor though so that was nice. Location not in a great area and my one friend got an electric shock when she tried to plug in her cellphone. Plugs are loose...

Review 2:We only slept there for 2 nights so did not need much as we were hardly there.

Review 3:No code for the front door is needed (even if I have received one during my online reservation). The front door is locked by the receptioner with a key.

Review 4:The property is located nearby a lot of shops and restaurants, with very good prices. Also, it is very important that the metro station is just around the corner. The room was small, but clean and newly renovated. The bathroom was very clean, which is very important.

Review 5:The noise from passer bys which is because our room faces the square. I can live with it but I put it here so others can expect it or request for other rooms. I did not mind it as it is nice for people watching. It does of course die down.

Review 6:Simple breakfast, clean room and sheets, spacious and convenient.

Review 7:Run down, dirty, smells, tiny

Review 8:Located in a very rough, unsafe area. Both I and by boyfriend felt very uncomfortable here. Hotel is tiny and completely run down.rooms were dreary and the bathroom was disgusting.

Review 9:Very noisy area, during the whole night we couldn't sleep, because of the screams from the street; staff didn't speak english; unprofessional and unorganized staff, issues with getting the room on the evening after check-in on the morning

Review 10:very clean and cosy room, looks like just after renovation

Review 11:schmutzige Bettwäsche Badezimmer war schmutzig Wände waren schimmlig Handtücher waren nicht sauber In der Nacht war es sehr laut. Die gegend war gefährlich. Einfach nicht empflehlenswert.

Review 13:Very poor sound insulation, you can hear everything that happens on the street. And in the bathroom plumbing problems.

Review 14:Small hotel, close to the metro, in the center of Paris, within walking distance to the Louvre and Notre Dame. Nearby there are shops and cafes.

Review 15:We had a problem with a shower the last two days, but the stuff was very helpful.

Review 16:Very good location, near to the metro. Comfortable location. Value fon money.

Review 17:Like everything about the hotel location, but they're need to add meal system to they're policy

Review 18:I like all they're friendship and understanding during my stay, they're really nice to me either our commucation language is poor but they're try and friendship.

Review 19:Noisy and dirty. the location even though it was near the center, it was dangerous!

Review 20:The staff was really helpful and they tried to improve the image of their hotel. When we were there, they did renovation, so i think that they will make it better for the next customers! I recommend it to the next costumers because the price was really good!

Review 21:No elevator, need to carry luggages using narrow staircase, staffs speak little english, no kettle in room

Review 22:Very near to metro, good location (near monoprix, fanprix and grocery stores), good bakeries nearby, friendly staffs, clean room

Review 27:- Very noisy street during nights- dirty and narrow stairs - no elevator - poor quality windows

Review 28:- Just near to metro station- not so far from a city center (by walk) - clean room - clean and comfortable bathroom

Review 29:- really slow wifi :-( - windows were pointed to inside block, which will be good, but on the roof there were a lot of pigeons and during the night they made really noicy voices!! It was very disturbing..but probably just bad time of the season..;-)

Review 30:- great location near the metro station - about 25 min via metro to centre of Paris (eiffel tower, Notredam atc) - small but clean and practically furnished room

Review 31:There was no wifi on the 4th floor. The heater was not working. Water pressure for the sink was low. There are a lot of people loitering on the streets at night in the neighborhood.

Review 32:The room was much nicer than the pictures I saw when I booked it - it was quite modern and very clean. Very near a metro station and lots of halal shops.

Review 33:I stay one more night, they give us very bad room, with no attached bath and at 5th floor without lift. No one spiking English. no wi-fi at room at room.

Review 34:Best rate. center of city. I stay 2 night with family. they give attached bath room. Mateo is only 100 meters. that is good to save money.

Review 35:Great location and hotel staff. Room was great with big bed,own toilette and tv. Only thing I didn't like is that sometimes wi-fi was slow. I recomend this hotel.

Review 36:The shower made a flood in the room since, and there was no WiFi in the room.

Review 37:Good location, staff speaks acceptable English, and WiFi in lobby. A lot of mirrors in the room, with was good since we were 3girlfriends travelling.

Review 38:guys from the bar across the street always made really loud noise during the whole night.

Review 39:good location, very close to the metro station, a lot of restaurant nearby, good value for the money.

Review 40:The neighbourhood was very noisy at night, and there was no air conditioning. The fort is shabby.

Review 41:The hotel was easy to find in a good location, right near a metro and main road. The room was lovely if a bit cosy and the bathroom and internet facilities very good. The price was also incredibly reasonable - the staff very friendly too.

Review 42:It's extremely noisy on the street at night, the room is sooo tiny, and smelly...

Review 43:Close to metro and train station

Review 44:Rooms are too small and no arrangement of food. just a breakfast arrangement would have been preferred.

Review 45:Location is the best.

Review 46:Rooms look very different from photos. Not clean enough. Personal is not punctual at all. But for this price is 50/50.

Review 47:wifi not always working, but sometimes working just brilliant.

Review 48:location, price

Review 49:Only the noise from the street..... but not hotels fault really

Review 50:Close to the main attractions

Review 51:no lift

Review 52:location

Review 53:Absence of breakfast, neighborhood

Review 54:Localization

Review 55:Near Metro. Near markets and restaurants. All good. I would choose it again.

Review 56:Don't have elevator......good if you're backpacker..but i u have luggage..u need to carry it upstair.. :-(

Review 57:Near to the train station

Review 58:My genius price turned out to be 20€ more than the standard room price! Very basic standards.

Review 59:Good location

Review 60:The bathroom smelled bad and we found cockroaches in the room

Review 61:You get what you pay for!!

Review 62:Location is good

Review 63:Narrow door way

Review 64:Location, some steps to Chateau d Eau metro station

Review 65:noise

Review 66:location near metro

Review 67:My room felt "damp" for some reason and the light in the bathroom was hanging off the ceiling.

Review 68:Location and price

Review 69:area is very noisy at every hour

Review 70:price, location, friendly staff

Review 71:Good price and very convenient for the concert we were attending.

Review 72:A little bit noisy

Review 73:Best location !

Review 74:Terrible facilities, looked a bit dirty, no lift, worst hotel I have been. Fortunately it was just a Night.

Review 75:Location

Review 76:The was no parking near by, I had to walk 30 minutes :(

Review 77:The paperwork was fast.

Review 78:Room access wasn't very clean.

Review 79:Central heating, renewed bathrooms, excelent WiFi, good water pressure in the shower.

Review 80:Althoung this hotel have 6 floor ..No lift. 6층인가 까지있는데도 리프트가 없어서 짐 때문에 좀 애먹었고 커피포트 같은거 없습니다.

Review 81:2min frome Château d'Eau station.

Review 82:The region maybe is quiet dangerous!

Review 83:It is cheap and is closed to many sightings. The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. I recommend it!

Review 84:The neighborhood , no hygenic letter in WC, no frige

Review 85:It was not far from attraction points in paris

Review 86:weak signal of wifi, too narrow entrance to the room

Review 87:good location , near night bars/clubs

Review 88:Hostel really nice for this price, area a bit dangerouse but nothing bad happened to me. Personel friendly, bathroom clean, bed comfortable.

Review 89:I stayed on the 4th floor and I couldn't barely get the WiFi signal

Review 90:I like the room and the price, it was very cheap

Review 91:everything

Review 92:nothing

Review 93:Noisy neighbourhood at night

Review 94:Near from metro

Review 95:The staff can't speak English and we can hear voice from next room.

Review 96:The bed was nice, and the room was clean.

Review 97:People near, loudly from street.

Review 98:Location near Gare Nord.

Review 99:little bit noisy during at night

Review 100:Very near to the metro station, clean room, and easy to find halal foods.

Review 101:not much clean. very small room. water was so much hot or so much cold that i had to change my roon

Review 102:I could say that the hotel has nearly nothing to be good. The WiFi does not work (if you don't have wifi available in your room, how could you stay in the hotel), noisy, the stairs are too narrow to go up and it would be difficult if you have luggage with you. Stairs are not clean as well. So I would like to suggest any one who is interested to book any room in this hotel to look for other option or hotel nearby.

Review 103:The location of the hotel is good, you can get access to any part of the city from here by metro.

Review 104:The location wasn't great for a female traveling alone and my room was very smoky which was unpleasant.

Review 105:The staff were friendly and didn't bother me at all, able to take key out with me during the day.

Review 106:The front, the reception and stair case looked messy and dirty, but itseems that they are refurbishing the building so it really didn'tbother us. The staff didn't speak English but they did speak Spanishwhich is a language we speak too, so there was no problem to communicatewith them.

Review 107:The room and bathroom were clean, the toilet was to share, I think thatshould be in the information about the room. The location was superb, the underground was around the corner as well as a main avenue, thereare bars and restaurants. We just walk from the train station (15mins).The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Review 108:The maintenance of the entrance is poor. The neighborhood is a bit unfriendly. After passing the shock because of the status of the stairs, the room was OK.

Review 109:The price for Paris is quite competitive. The rooms are clean and OK.

Review 110:There was confusion when we arrived as to whether we had paid or not and since the staff spoke only basic English this was difficult to sort out. We were under the impression that breakfast was included in the price which it was not. The entrance and stairwell to the hotel doesn't give a very good impression.

Review 111:The location was great, a 2 min walk to Chateau D'Eau metro station. The rooms inside were modern and clean. Everything you needed for a budget hotel option.

Review 112:Bad wifi signal, personal doesn't speak English

Review 113:Pretty close to the centre of Paris (about 30 minutes walk to Louvre) and to metro station (château d'eau)

Review 114:The room, and the bath room are very narrow.

Review 115:I like the cooperation of the staff, their patience till we arrive even up to 10:00 pm., and it is a quite and safe place.

Review 116:The location felt very sketchy and it was always yelling outside the window. You always walked past prostitutes in early morning or evening. We were to scared to get to the hotel at night time. The staff was nice but watched you at every moment which made us uncomfortable. The toilet had a mind of its own and the heater in the room never worked. As two girls trying to find a good deal in paris, this is definitely not a place you should be.

Review 117:The flush did not work. The bed cover had several huge stains, and so did the pillow cases. There was a plain white sheet under the cover to 'protect' you from the cover and a long pillow rolled in the underneath sheet. So in principle it was possible to sleep 'clean' but the cover just set me in the wrong mood and the flush did not improve it..

Review 118:Room was not ready even at the specified check in time. So we kept ourluggage inside the same room and went out. When came back saw the samebedsheet was stretched over the bed. Surroundings are not that muchcomfortable for a couple. Toilet flush was not working.

Review 119:Some of the hotel guys are good and only one person was bit harsh. Lessthan 20 meters near to Metro Station. Near supermarket and few metersnear to Indian restaurants, kfc etc. Hotel allowed to keep the luggageeven after checking out.

Review 120:Lacks a cup of coffee with croassans in the morning.

Review 121:Easy come - nice nights - tiny cosy rooms with TV and shower - nice cafes in the evening nearby - a lot of shops around - almost Monmartre :)

Review 122:Our towels were changed only once in 9 days and poor wifi connection. Neighborhood is quite dirty.

Review 123:Friendly staff and decent location considering closeness to the metro station and public bicycles.

Review 124:Had to climb eight flights of very steep stairs daily to reach our room as it was on the top floor, free wifi was not available to us on the top floor

Review 125:Very low price, friendly staff, central location very close to metro station, private bathroom and shower facilities, comfortable bed

Review 126:Not recommended - A hotel of unacceptable conditions! Room, bedding and bathroom were very very dirty. Broken window. Bugs in the shower. Lack of plugs in room. Only 1 towel provided for 2 people. Noisy area.

Review 127:Tv in room. Very close to metro.

Review 128:- Too little towels, bring some of your own- Neighbourhood was a little bit frightening at the beginning - Dust under the bed - Old, ugly furniture

Review 129:- The room/furniture was old but clean. Sheets and towels smelled good and the bed was comfortable- Nice shower, warm water and good waterpressure - Good wifi in the reception downstairs, not in the rooms but that was okay for me - We had a big window facing the street, like a little balcony, perfect when the sun was shining - The street was noisy in the morning (there were builders in front of the hotel), but the window was very isolating so we didn't experience much inconvenience. - Friendly staff, always someone downstairs, even in the middle of the night. That felt safe. - Room was cleaned every day - Metrostation was 50m from the hotel Conclusion: Perfect hotel if you want to see Paris, don't expect luxuary or nice furniture. Just a nice, clean bed and a good shower for a low price.

Review 130:The room looked like a scene from saw. Also no outlets were in the room.

Review 131:Very cheap but a clean place to sleep and shower. Spent very little time in actual room.

Review 132:I booked one room through my VISA and it done. When I arrived hotel, the man in the hotel asked me to pay cash again. I am still waiting the answer from Hotel Pacific.

Review 133:No keattles and hairdryer, the staff can only speak very limited English. Although it is very near metro station, the environment is full of black people and very noisy during the night.

Review 134:comparative cheap price in central Paris.

Review 135:Smell of the room is terrible equipments are old and dirty English ispool noisy outside even after midnight

Review 136:Place is good, convenient for traffic friendly services

Review 137:Bad neighbourhood

Review 138:It was cheap The staff was very nice Very easy to get around due to proximity to the metro

Review 139:We especially appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. Cleanliness was good. Easy access to the metro. No complaints for a budget stay.
