Review 1：They call it jacuzzi but jets aren't functioning and the water is so cold. The door of our room (suite upper floor) was broken and could be opened just pulling, zero safety. And they charged me 50 pesos for obtaining a second key card because the other was lost in the room.

Review 5：the wifi was pretty poor in my room, a common problem i found in mexico. Routers and boosters where a proper network should be. That is the only let down of this hotel (and i do moan if theres reason to)

Review 8：Wifi a bit patchy, no external window just an internal one to the corridor - thin walls and our room being passed by all guests meant we were often disturbed by noise. Lumpy pillows.

Review 9：Good size room with 2 double beds, loved the terrace for a spot of afternoon sunbathing, big bathroom, great shower but water was often cold. Perfect location, Campeche is quite small and the hotel was central to everything. Free parking.

Review 10：Because the swimming pool is indoors and in the middle of the hotel, the building, and the rooms especially are very moisture. Try showering and it gets worse. This really is not nice at all (wet bed, bad smell). Add that the staff does not speak English and lets people be very loud until very deep into the night (we had yelling people unit 2:30AM - this easily was our worst hotel experience in Mexico.

Review 12：The concierge was watching footbal while I had to carry all the bags, there were stains on the bedsheet, it was a twin bed room eventhough we booked a double bed, the room smelled of moisture, no hot water and the staff didn't speak any other language than Spanish

Review 15：The staff organised a tour to Edzna at short notice. The guide was English speaking and very knowledgable about the ruins and the history. They also organised a taxi to the airport as well. I liked that although most of the staff weren't fluent in English, they tried to help and did the best they could. The room was a good size. I loved that there was an iron and ironing board in the room. Bottles of water in the ro was also great because it was so hot outside. The atmosphere of the hotel was very positive.

Review 18：in both rooms, all beds were full on hair. The manager was trying to give excuses why the beds were full of hair and they did not have sheets to change them so we had to cancel the reservations.
