Review 1：You need a car we went in late September and were not advised that on site facilities were closed down. Support was offered from a local office in the village.

Review 6：We liked the residence Besas a lot. Located in very quiet place with just a magnificent view. The pool was also great and location had been quite fine. Hotel is located in Tignale which is a rather small city situated around 600m above the lake within around ~8-10 minutes by car to the lake itself. This is worth to consider whether you are looking for a great views to the lake side or you want to be located as close as possible near the beach or so. Tignale is a small city w/o too many attractions in the evening but from the othe hand side it is a very quiet a cosy place which is great for families with children and if you do not want have crowd of people on every street. Residence is very good when it comes to what it is offering to price you pay. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Review 7：- Tignale access is quite difficult (roads are quite slow on the West side on the lake) - Kitchen equipment is limited (no oven, no microwave, no dishwasher) - Only German TV channels

Review 11：The only problem was internet connection - although free wifi throughout the whole resort is advertised, it actually didn't work at all (you'd need to wait ages for a page to upload) - not even in the reception area.
Review 12：One of the best places we have ever stayed in: well-equipped and spacious apartment, wonderful view, perfect (and almost empty even in top season and 35 degrees weather) swimming pool, very friendly and helpful staff, extremely convenient for kids.... I'd definitely recommend and come back again!

Review 16：Location is good,easy to find with 2 ways of accessing the property. Great facilities that includes a garage for the cars, swimming pool, all the apartments have either a balcony or a patio (ground floor). Large bedrooms with the double bed.Super views from the balcony,5 minutes walking distance from the centre where you can find restaurant, bars, mini market and ATM's.

Review 18：Great and nicely quiet location in the mountains (it's best to have a car to visit towns on the lakeside but we were told that there are pretty good bus services down to and along Lake Garda to the main towns). Lots of lovely bars & restaurants in the village within easy walking distance of the apartment, which was very clean, spacious and well appointed. It had a lovely balcony with a spectacular view over the lovely swimming pool, which was never busy during our stay (June 2015), and across Lake Garda in the distance. All the staff were very friendly and helpful but special thanks from us (Bill & Sue) go to Alessandra, who is just brilliant and couldn't do enough to help. We are already planning our return next year!!

Review 21：would have expected an oven and a microwave and toaster in the kitchen, otherwise the kitchen was OK. The wi-fi was a bit patchy and it should be included in the price.
