Review 1：Hotels offering services to booking.com should be honest enough and say what is the actual amount that we are expected to pay upon checking in, instead of hiding behind the fine prints. That and the deposits that we are expected to place upon checking in. Not all of us carry platinum or black cards.

Review 2：The room was not well maintained. Leakings are everywhere. The electrical box making noise every few seconds disturbing your sleep.

Review 5：A reasonable budget hotel with good location. Public parking is easy. Plenty of good restaurants all around. Near to Parkson shopping mall. Next to sport's complex. Easy access to PLUS Highway. Easy to find and close to Bird's Park. Low density with elevator.

Review 8：The elevator has it's control panel installed outside on the second floor. Rooms near the elevator gets free sounds each time someone uses the elevator as the sound of the elevator contactor relay is loud each time some one presses the lift call button!

Review 9：Nice comfortable hotel with simple and nice rooms. Toilet in the room had powerful showers.

Review 10：Not soundproof. Could hear music from pub downstairs and voices at night. Fortunately it was only for a short while and did not last till dawn.

Also located near Sunway Sports Centre which offers badminton and futsal courts for rent..., near restaurants, malls and places of worship

Review 12：Room toilet seems like was just used - floor wet. A pub/karaoke at ground floor (hotel built at shoplots area) - loud singing/music so make sure u request for the room away from the pub. Reception-Not local, so bit of a language miscom.
