Review 1：This hotel is far from being a 3 star hotel. The room was not at all comfortable- very small, with old and ugly furniture, barely enough space to walk around the bed, no balcony. The view from the window was blocked by an awning. All we could see was the hotel backyard, full of stuff. The tiny bathroom was poor and with really cheap and old items, with a very noisy extractor fan. The room did not have a mini bar, so no cold drinks if you are thirsty at night. This place was so depressing that it ruined our stay. We were happy to end this experience after 2 out of the 5 nights initially booked.

Review 3：Friendly helpful staff, lovely room with sea view and balcony. Effective aircon. Great choice at breakfast. Stored our bikes undercover. Just a short walk to the beach and plenty of eating places, bank and small interesting shops.

Review 4：Fast checkin and checkout. Location of hotel was close to the sea and close to center of Massa. But far away from any noisy structures. Rooms was small but had everything necessary and clean. The breakfast which was included in the price of the room was awesome. They had a good selection sweet and salty items and plenty of fruit available. As we were traveling with small kids the hotel had everything we needed.

Review 6：The super friendly staff! Even though they don't speak English that well, they'll always try to help you in one way or another. Breakfast was good, Italian style, so a lot of sweets and croissants. The hotel is only a few steps from the beach and from the centre of the small town. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Review 22：The hotel does have a private parking (shared with other hotels), areservation cannot be done though, which means that your parking placeis not guaranteed if you take the car for a short trip. Our room didhave a minibar, but it was empty and we were not allowed to use it tokeep our private beverage cold (they check it every day and charge 5€ ifthey discover that it was used for private purposes). Also bikes cost6€/bike for 1 day. This is rather expensive if you consider thatthey don't even have a bike bell.
