Review 1：The towels are only changed once a week.., the restaurant is closed on sunday and not everyone at the reception is speaking English (very well). We visited this hotel some years ago, it was much better.
Review 2：If you like cycling, hiking or mountainbiking the location is very good.
Review 3：Kitchen really bad. No dogs in restaurang. You have to give a 100 euro deposit. No washingmashine no champagne glases (you are on holiday) .

Review 5：The wellness area is not inclusive, however the price for an apartment was not low. We really missed in the kitchen a microwave oven, or a dishwasher.
Review 6：Santa Caterina is a trasure box, with many bike and trekking facilities. Our apartmant was quite big, and perfectly clean, with good beds. The middle-aged receptionist lady was the kindest I've ever met.

Review 13：The hotel is una good position for skiing as you can get to it from slopes if you are comfortable with red slopes. Food was adequate not excellent . We staid in a 2 bedrooms flat which was great for independence. Television was not great and Internet a bit hit and miss but we had a great time ! The flat could do with a toaster and maybe a microwave but it is very well equipped already . The swimming pool was great if a little expensive . We are booking soon for next year again
Review 14：Very thin walls, you can hear everything from your neighbours, including those who snore at night :0 Very weak restaurant and food. The value of the hotel to its price is very weak, it is too expensive for the standard. Wifi works on and off and is not secure.

Review 16：highly recommended for the people trying to go to stelvio pass, the sky in the evening is the most beautiful one that I have ever seen in my life and when the weather is good, santa caterina is like heaven. the hotel is very nice, very well decorated and the breakfast is quite good. the room is large and clear and well equipped
Review 17：Its looks like the hotel is to large for the staff, we could only checkin at 17.00 which is not normal in our eyes, furthermore the playroomfor the children was very dirty, this could be because it was thechanging day (Saturday). The strange thing is that you have to pay yourdeposit in cash (€100,.), we were not reminded at check out, so we arestill waiting for repayment of this deposit....
Review 18：It's well laid out and the rooms are large enough, it's fairlynew so not dated yet. Although we had some problems at check in thestaff was friendly enough.
Review 19：They have extra charges for almost everything: parking, slippers in the wellness area, etc etc. The staff is quite mixed - some are nice and helpful, some do not wish you a pleasant stay. It is impossible to get to the hotel without chains on your tires, as it is up a rather steep hill. Restaurant services are bizarre, and overpriced. Offered no discount, although we cut our stay by one day. Take deposit in the beginning of the stay in cash (100 EUR)!
