Review 1：Bathroom and toilet area needs updating. Water pressure is poor in bathroom and kitchen. Also the pipes groan loudly when first in use, so you hear this when any unit uses hot water including your own. The outdoor tables and chairs are very cheap and tired looking. Plastic plant in the room is unattractive. Limitation on wifi was annoying.

Review 2：Pool and playground was perfect for the children. Towels by the pool were appreciated. Air conditioning was brilliant. Modern and attractive bedding was inviting. Wall mounted flat screen TV was a nice touch. Towels were good quality. Kitchen was a bonus and very well equipped. Wifi access and speed was good. The room was exactly what it showed in the online picture.

Review 3：No cupboards/drawers for clothes. We all lived out of a suitcase. Salt & pepper shakers empty. Poor shower. No barbecue to our knowledge. Trampoline dangerous for little children - no safety mats. A pity location so close to expressway - quite noisy.

Review 15：The room was very small. This was reflected in the price. There was a dead cockroach on the floor of the kitchenette area. I stayed for two nights and the cockroach lay there the entire stay. Also - My friend was very upset when told she would be charged an extra night for smoking in the room. She did not smoke in the room , but sat outside near the front entrance. The strong smoky smell drifted into the small room and, yes, it was a strong smell inside. I believe my friend. she does not smoke inside. Also - the TV remote did not work. Our tv viewing was stuck on one channel. I arrived with a group and we had booked two rooms - their TV was the same. Our group has been coming here the past four years and this is our first gripe. Hoping next year this will not repeat.

Review 16：The staff was very kind and helped us to book the tour to cape kidnappers for the day after. Also gave us a great recommendation on a winery very near by. The apartment was clean big with all the amenties we needed to cook.

Review 17：Bathroom was far too small for a family or group. The unit didnt get full service everyday and we had to ask for things to be restocked all the time.

Review 20：No iron or ironing board in the room even though it is advertised as having one in the room. Power switches that didn't work on arrival. VERY POOR ironing facilities - ironing board far TOO SHORT and UNSTABLE that kept collapsing.

Review 26：The linen and towels looked shabby. There was only one toilet roll in the toilet.we had to use tissues twice because we ran out. The cupboards where too high to reach the dishes I had to use a chair. Also people could see in our room each time they passed the laundry so I kept the curtains closed

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The kids loved the trampoline and the pool. i felt like the pictures on here looked exactly like the rooms. We had the deluxe family room.

Review 70：The motel owners were excellent. The pool and playground were very welcome and were used by our 2 year old and 15 year old grandsons. Our daughters large dog was accepted very graciously by the owners. The rooms were very small but adequate for a one night stopover.

Review 71：we didn't like that there are many things different of how they advertise it on the site. For example, it says that barbecue is for free, but when we ask them they ask for 25dollars for cleaning it. Also internet data runs so fast. They don't clean the bathroom everyday! and they don't provide coffee everyday! They keep the rubbish outside the room and the smell so bad.

Review 72：me, my husband and our daughter (2.5years old) spent there 6 days. The room is so small, but the garden outside is so good. perfect place for a barbecue or for kids to play we like the swimming pool and the play ground so much.

Review 75：We have stayed here before and find the facility is just what we need. The unit has been upgraded since last time we were there, very nice to see. We did have a bit of a problem in not knowing how to get the tv on to sky sport, but this was not really a major setback. Great that there was free Wi-Fi.

Review 76：Bathroom did not look like I had booked on internet. Place was very old & supposedly recently renovated. Toilet & its cubicle were ancient. Traffic was very noisy as unit right beside a busy road. First night awful with noise & lots light from all the lights outside. Then found a blind way up high the next morning. Would have been good if told. Should have been told about the internet & where to find password etc like they do in other Motels. Most of us would have been going to the rugby Saturday. Big shame the Motel did not organise a mini van for drop off & pick up. We ended up having to walk back to the Motel as the taxi company let us down.
