Review 1：Water can take time to heat up. The bathtub had some unaesthetic scratches to the enamel. The price (even with a discount) was just on a verge of being "too much". It got a bit cold during the night, even with the window closed (the time was late September).

Review 2：Overall, it's a nice place. The room is big and clean. There was a bath and a big one, which is always an advantage, and it actually worked as a bath, after the water got heated in five or so minutes. Breakfast was good. WiFi is fast and stable. The location is a little bit removed from the station and overall historical center, but still in a walking distance (12-15 min.).

Review 3：It was one night stay for triathlon group of six and it was great. The hotel is situated in the centre of Villach, but very quite. You will relax in the room, the bed is very comfortable and if you leave open window there aren't any noise. The hotel has underground garage and security room for bikes.

Review 4：An old building where you can feel the spirit of last decades. There was no air conditioning. Because of that we had to choose between the noise from the street after opening the windows or sleeping in a stuffy room without opening them...

Review 9：It is not a four star hotel!!! The air conditioning was broken and inthe room was awful smell. We couldn't sleep because It was so hot inthe room The floor in the bathroom was dirty, on the bathtube was darkhair and spots. What was even worse the mini bar was empty and were leftwithout water!! On the breakfast was ready made eggs and fruits werecery sour. In Poland this hotel wouldn't get even two stars!! Idon't know why the rooms which I book by booking.com are the worst(with broken stuff etc)

Dry bread, old serial, juice was yellow colored water.

It is a reasonable sized building, with obviously some commercial companies operatng within it as well, but seems to be in need of more occupants as to give it a sense of being "lived in" A reception desk on the ground floor would possibly be more "welcoming" than the need to find the first floor for this process

Review 90：Hotel is dark, and gloomy inside. Combined with the tired fixtures and fittings, and the seemingly abandoned shopping mall the hotel seems to have neen built around, its a pretty depressing place to be. Reception is on the second floor, and only accessible by a fairly long flight of stairs, not much fun dragging your luggage up them to check in. Breakfast is at best mediocre, a half hearted buffet, again in an underlit gloomy room. We'd booked for four nights, but stayed for one. This hotel appears to be functioning as a coach trip overnight stopover location, and is certainly not a place to linger.

We couldn´t turnon the air conditioning as it was very noisy ( the fan) and we couldn´topen the window as even though we had been given the quietest room inthe hotel the noise of the traffic was too loud with the window open andmade sleep impossible. The safe didn´t work and made a nasty clickingsound at odd times during the night. We asked for it to be mended butnothing was done.

Review 108：The hotel room was very hot and the air conditioner was not working. The shower had to be held by hand as the bracket holding the shower head was broken, which isn't much of problem unless your trying to wash your hair. Although I was able to make the booking with American Express they didn't tell me when I checked in that I could not use it to make the payment. It was lucky that we had enough cash to pay.

I looked in the room for the air conditioning, but I cannontfind it. Maybe in winter, spring, the situation is better. The price isnot so cheap!
