Review 1：The receptionist was very rude. On arrival at the apartment there were items which were found missing or broke, on informing the receptionist she shouted at my husband and told him it wasn't a hotel room just an apartment before reluctantly getting the missing items. Dreadful customer service!

Review 2：We stayed in an apartment. The view from the apartment's balcony was gorgeous.

Review 3：Some of the furniture was not usable, was not completely broken but required fixing. Parking places were scarce, and sometimes were not available as taken by other tourists... The walls were very thin so you could hear all noise from the above or lateral neighbours.

Review 5：Beautiful view from balcony. Good size apartment, just short of a few mod cons we expect from this quality of apartment i.e. Microwave, toaster. Although I understand why flowers have not been planted in the planters, they do look rather sad left empty , perhaps they should be taken away.

Review 6：Bathroom wasn't particularly clean on arrival. No kettle, no toaster, no oven - kitchen very basic It was cold in the apartment, and we were told heating couldn't be switched on until next day, (although when we asked, we were given extra blankets). The one dinner we ate there was ok, although wouldn't have opted to eat there again

Review 8：We were allocated an apartment which was 800m away from the complex, along a busy road that you cannot walk along. So we had to drive back and forth to the pool, restaurant and into Tignale, with 2 young children. We made our disappointment very clear on several occasions but the receptionist was extremely rude and did not do anything to help, claiming she had no authority to make any decisions while her boss was away. We asked to be moved to the complex for our 2nd week, but she would not allow this and in the end we cancelled our 2nd week and moved elsewhere. We have previously been to this hotel and were returning after a lovely stay 4 years ago. What a disappointment this time round...never again! Loyalty is not seen as important here, as we were told 'lots of people come back here all the time' and this was obviously not a good enough reason to try to resolve our dissatisfaction with being 1km away from the actual hotel. This was not made clear when we booked the hotel, so I want other customers to be aware. The rude lady on reception practically ruined our stay there. Whilst her English was good, her manner was far from it! I would not recommend this hotel.

Review 10：Where to start... The shower is 45 by 45cm, the temperature regulator is on shoulder level, so every time you move you get freezing water over you. The walls must be made of paper, because you can literally hear every single word of the conversation of your neighbors, on both sides. We were woken up every morning at 6:00 am because there are a lot of families with young kids that are really loud in the morning, and remember the paper walls I mentioned? Yeah, they don’t block kid noises either. The witch that dominates the restaurant isn’t speaking to you, so those orders we made were pretty much a one way street conversation. The breakfast is literally the single most disgusting heap of junk I’ve ever eaten. The coffee is rubbish too. So we would eat elsewhere after two shots at it. We’ve met couples that left early and we would’ve done the same if our next hotel would’ve had space for us to come sooner. Will never, ever go back here again.

Review 11：The women behind the reception desk were nice. And it is the place to be if you’re a grad student in anthropology or social economics and are doing research on the German social-economically lower population.

Review 12：Very poor internet connection. In 2014 I would say that a hotel should have better service regarding internet ex. free internet in lobby or just better access around the hotel. Breakfast is okay for a week but no more than that. I would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the hotelroom to keep things cold. There were no Airconditioning in the hotelroom would have been nice during the jot summertimes.

Review 13：The view was amazing - lovely evenings spend on the balcony with view over the lake. The pool areas where good with lots of space and chairs. Cleaning each day with clean towels.

Review 17：Our apartment was over a kilometer of hotel and swimming pool. Apartment was old and dirty. Main road was front of terrace and the view wasn't worth of mention. They should tell that in last time offers the apartment does not match the brochure.
