Review 1：Air conditioner in the room is not cooling but not allow us to change the room; the receptionist just arranged the technician to check and problem remained same. The bed sheet is not clean. Indoor parking lots is not spacious enough for big sedan to turn in and exit.

Review 7：Bedsheet and blanket were stained. Requested to change but only changed the blanket yet the blanket still has stain. The bathroom is unexpectedly small for premier deluxe double. The tape water is a bit yellowish as well.

Review 9：After staying a few times there we were given a Smoking room without asking. Nowadays how many hotels allow smoking. They even provide ash tray. The price has also been raised. For that price I may go over to the island where there are more newer budget hotels.

Review 16：During check in, the staff a Malay man was ok. However, later at night, an Indian lady was terribly mannered. She was rude and arrogant. The best staffs were the concierge men stationed outdoor. Both were friendly and we felt warmly greeted by both of them, compared to the reception.

Review 29：There's nothing to have at lunch. No kitchen at the hotel. I was told restaurants were walking distance away by the staff, well apparently they lied. No damn place was open, only a cake shop. No fridge. The only hotel I've ever been to where the staff calls you early in the morning to remind you that check out is at 12. Such a disappointing stay. No kitchen, no fridge, rude staff who thinks we're parsimonious. I'd never stay here again
