Review 1：Hotel does not have a private beach but you get a discount on the beach across the road. Also, there is a charge to park your car.

Review 2：Wanted a relaxing time by the beach, so the location of the hotel was excellent. Children played in the pool too and we sat in the lovely garden. Had a drink up on the roof and the view was great! Staff and facilities were very good.

Review 3：We were due to stay for 3nights but left as soon as we got there. Room was very basic and bathroom was dirty. Pictures do not reflect the actual place. Didn't like the fact that we were going to be charged €25 per day for a sunbed on the beach. As much as you t is a beach location, the beach is overcrowded with sunbeds.

Review 4：Beachfront location wasn't as good as other places I've visited as they are private beaches you can't go for a nice stroll or anything. You walk along a back road imagining the sea a few meters away. Not hotels fault that was fine.

Review 10：Sushi bar. We ordered a bottle of sake and want it to be served cold. It turned out the waiter mixed the sake and ice cube in a glass jar. The sake ended up tasteless. I am not complaining and in fact we drank this special sake happily. What could you expect from a sushi bar in a small town in Italy. What a experience but please do not do it again

Review 13：Limited car parking The Hotel is with limited number of Twin bed. Was to two men and we was forces to book 3 bed rooms since we never found a Twin bed room . Finally we where accommodated in a Twin bed room ... Thanks to the cooperative staff for this and for the Option of Late Check out

Review 15：We expected more from the photos shown on the website. Room was rather small and everything felt slightly outdated at this hotel. Decor didn't meet our taste. Maybe the facility transports a better ambiance during high season. Food at dinner was outstanding, junior staff was friendly and paying attention to detail. The Maître d' however didn't have his best night. Treated us - we walk the Via Francigena and carry everything in a backbag, hence we weren't probabely dressed to his standards - quite arrogantly but hadn't memorized the contorni of the day.

Review 16：Location right across the beach, the view from our room/balcony was amazing, staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Good bathroom size with a comfortable bath tub. Food at the restaurant was outstanding, breakfast buffet for italian standards very good.

The beach is just in front of the hotel, and when a parking can't be found you can always use the hotel parking (paying a supplement). My mother had problems in walking, so a room was reserved for her which was of easy access.
