Review 1：There is the church bell the chimes every half an hour from 8am, it didn't bother us but if you like to lie in till 10 it may wake you up. I feel it added to the character of the building.
Review 2：Loved the location, it suited us well as I like the rustic Italian countryside feel and my partner likes the beaches. It is a good 10/15 minute drive down the hill to noli. Not ideal if you are wanting to walk into town we had a car so it didn't matter to us. The room was very clean and tidy.
Review 3：The location is actually in a town called "Tosse" which was not part of the address on booking.com. The address and postcode when entered into a GPS takes you to the wrong place. It was a little difficult to find the place and it was further from Noli than we expected, not 2.5km as it says on booking.com but more like 5km so not really walkable. Driving was an absolute necessity given the location and parking anywhere in August was nearly impossible.
Review 4：The room was spacious and even had a small kitchen that we were not expecting. The space was very clean and had everything we needed. There were a couple of lovely restaurants very close to the accommodation too which was great as otherwise I would have had to drive every evening. There was plenty of on site parking. The location was very quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and the sea.

Review 7：Located out off the major touristic tracks but still next to the city center, it's a convenient place for enjoying nature as well as some city night life style.
