Review 6:Amazing location Good facilities with restaurant and pool Good restaurant food and prices Helpful and friendly staff
Review 7:The extra foods are a little bit expensive, so you have to be carefull. And Moroccon telecom company was very big problem in here too... Because pos machine was not work in here and we paid our bill cash. And then we were poor people in Morocco anymore... :)
Review 8:This was a legendry accommodation for us. Because the hotel location is near the dunes, camels, coconut, hurma and palms... Good staffs, facilities...
Review 9:Very nicely located, well organised and well kept location. Bari is the helpful owner. He can organize about everything from his office. Many groups have breakfast here after having slept in the Erg Chebbi. Just a good and practical place without drawbacks.
Review 10:Our stay at the camp was good The manager Mr Barack was very helpful.he organised our visit to the sand dunes on camels early in the morning. The breakfast was good and the facilities at the hotels were good
Review 11:This was a one in a lifetime experience! I booked the day before for a one night stay and Mohammed accommodated my request and made it possible to have a camel trek and stay the night in the sand dunes in Berber tents! The trek was amazing and so was the traditional food in the evening. I would recommend everyone to try this once. The staff were extremely friendly and very courteous. The wifi connection believe it or not was the best so far in Morocco.
Review 12:Overcharged us for a camel ride and the worst dinner we had in all Morocco. Eating rooms are tired, full of large groups. Has a very touristic feel. Breakfast was a buffet.
Review 13:Friendly and helpful waiters. Rooms were clean and adequate. Wifi was good.
Review 14:lot of flies around but that is a problem in many places
Review 15:great location. Friendly people
Review 16:Very clean and centrally located with great views. Good Breakfast. Friendly and clean pool

Review 21:Nothing
Review 22:The helpfulness of the staff. The tagines were delicious. Breakfast was substantial
Review 23:Near the dunes, great location. Good facility for a hotel in a desert
Review 24:The hotel is located at the foot of the dunes. You can dine in the midst of the desert. Do not miss the camel ride to see the SUNRISE hosted by hotel. I truly look forward to visit this hotel soon and this time with my entire family.
Review 25:We had many problems with the aircon. The rooms are large with individual aircon units and they are not upto the job when its very hot. We changed rooms and were given an electric fan which was very welcome! The staff did everything they could to rectify the problem for us A written list of available activities would have been nice, we had to ask about the camel rides. Star gazing here must be excellent I would have liked a guided desert night walk to see the stars.
Review 26:great location on the very edge of the dunes which are stunning. Staff are wonderful and very helpful.good food and generous portions at a very reasonable price.Good swimming pool essential when temps in 40degrees c ! Rooms were a good size and bathroom nicely decorated with plenty of hot water. Camel ride at sunrise in the dunes not to be missed.A car wash for our hire car when we left to wash off the effects of a desert storm was a very thoughtful touch!
Review 27:It would be helpful to receive directions for driving to the hotel in advance.
Review 28:The very very good location, just next to the desert. Spacious and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.
Review 29:Very nice hotel with an absolutely breathtaking surrounding right next to the desert! On step through the backdoor and you are in the middle of the sand dunes!
Review 30:Staff was not always friendly. The food was also so-so. When we arrived late on a bus from Marakkech, there was no light and the staff didn't know what to do with us, then they made us eat more than we wanted. I don't think I can recommend this place. The other ones were the way better in Morocco.
Review 31:The interior was great and location just perfect near the dunes. The camel ride organised by hotel to the over-night stay in Sahara was good.
Review 32:The wifi worked but you had to be sitting beside the front check in desk for it to work.
Review 33:We stayed for three nights, super easy walk to all dunes, good cheap food nearby, pick up at the bus station, really nice hotel on the edge of the dunes. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Seriously....super nice place.
Review 34:take the foot of the gas a bit let it sink, people my start loving this place... just need to add the drinks to the overall bill cos I dont come to the pool with change... I heard one comment from the staff towards British woman which was inappropriate imo ... no matter how the british behave 9 and we all know how), wither you dont accept them of if you do keep it professional, dont let the soda water hit your head
Review 35:good facility (it still new).... I met some amazing people while staying at the Ksar and taking they tour to the desert .... Hotel lays just by the dunes... i am not sure what else would you want for this price...recommended... owners (brothers) keep maintain it well
Review 36:Very Friendly staff, perfect location, rooms are comfy, this is one of the best places i have stayed in Merzouga as an experienced traveller to this area of Morocco.
Review 37:The aircondition seemed to weak for the room, it took several hours to cool it a few degrees. In summer this would be a big issue. Signposting of the last few hundred meters could be better.
Review 38:Ksar Merzouga has a perfect location, the dunes starting right at the door. Beautiful hotel and rooms. Stylish. Nice pool to cool off after a desert trip. Staff very friendly and helpful. We called ahead to arange a trip and then showed up a bit late: everything was aranged exactly as we had hoped and they helped us to get going as soon as possible. Of our whole Morroco trip, this is by far the best value for money we have had.
Review 39:Fantastic desert lodging at an affordable price, in a prime location, with delicious food, superb service, and a professional, trustworthystaff that treats you like a member of the family!!! I've stayed ata couple of hotels in this area, and I rate Ksar Mezouga as the greatestvalue by far, and I’m an avid traveler! The Allah brothers (the classiest guys in the region) built this hotel themselves—it opened in 2012—and they take great pride in every detail, from the soothing, authentic Berber décor to the peacefully landscaped surrounding oasis, to their network of camel drivers and guides whom I consider as the finest, friendliest young men I have ever known. Your happiness is their ultimate goal. Watch the sunrise and sunset on the terrace overlooking the dunes, walk a short distance to the villages to sightsee and shop, take a camel ride for a breathtaking starry, moonlit vista, and end the day by drinking mint tea and listening to locals playing Berber music in the lounge appointed with plush, vivid textiles that make you want to take off your shoes, plant roots, and lose your passport forever. The rooms are large with crisp, clean white sheets and cozy blankets. The tiled shower and bathroom are gorgeous, especially the fossilized sink. Amenities included wireless access in the lobby, AC/heat, a hairdryer, a spacious shower with great water pressure, shampoo and soap. Housekeepers freshened my room daily with incense and clean linens. The hotel owners are very responsive to guest feedback and are constantly making improvements. I've stayed at Ksar Merzouga twice now (am planning a third trip) and during my second visit the owners were installing reading lamps in all the rooms in response to guest requests. My very reasonable daily rate included breakfast and dinner.
Review 40:The meal wasn't very good
Review 41:Nice pool in the sand ! Perfect to discover Erg Chebbi. Marvelous place, a sort of eden to discover Sahara.
Review 42:We had a wonderful, restful and comfortable stay. A memorable time.
Review 43:Very nice place and great value for money. Very friendly nd helpful stuff. Nice food and cosy common areas. Rooms are spacious, with huge comfy beds.
Review 44:- Meat in Tajine was not good and not spicy
Review 45:- Friendly staff, good service - Nice hotel furniture - Nice dromedar tour
Review 46:11/10 in our opinion! The staff was great, helping us for whatever we needed! A great place just in front of the dunes, really good for value!
Review 47:The location is perfect for a camel trek/bivouac experience. Nice staff, very attentive to your needs.
