Review 1：I travelled with my family by end of July and stayed only one night in this elegant hotel. Easy access in the heart of city, the rooms are comfortable and clean. It also has a lovely Japanese garden which is a gem. Yet true hospitality is demonstrated by professionalism of staff. A special mention is for Mr 富山 who welcomed us warmly at the Reception in the late evening we arrived. He has been proactively provided assistance and was also very kind to have helped us to contact the onsen hotel we stayed the night before to resolve a small issue there. With his kind liaison, we rested reassured and being well taken care of. Congratulations to the management to have Mr 富山 with your Hotel.
