Review 2：The view is excellent and the apartment relatively spacious.
Review 3：Didn't get any sheets initially and just managed to catch the guy who let us in before he left otherwise would have had none - this is considered normal as it is an apartment not a hotel. For the same reason there was no toilet paper provided! If you know what you are getting then it is fine, but we didn't.

Review 10：The location is great because you can reach the main area of Pila by taking the elevator to the 11th floor and then walking a short distance. We were here in July so there were very few people staying at Ciel Blue ,but we had no problems reaching the staff.
Review 11：Hotel room was not cleaned prior check in. Despite the information thatthe hotel staff speaks english - it's not exact information. Onlyreceptionist can (people in concierge cannot). No internet - theinternet in the lobby was not working during our stay! Very thin walls- you can hear all the noises made by neighbours. Additional fee forbed linen.

Review 13：I hadn't realised you had to pay extra for bedding which was 10euro each and the electricity kept going off when too many appliances were on which was annoying.
