Review 1：dirty room: we had to call for cleaning and change the sheets on the bed. shower not working: only boiling hot water and and only bathtub working noisy street: directly facing the main road.

Review 3：The front office staff seem to hide if you are English speaking, which annoys us as we travel a lot and usually get by with our Italian and French and have a laugh along the way.. On drinks available around the pool, why?

Review 4：The location was great. We could open our window which we like as aircon in most places is noisy. The pool was great but the surround needed a lot of attention.

Review 5：On the evening we arrived we went for a nice run on the boulevard, when we got back to our room the shower didn't have hot water - so we had a cold shower. We asked the staff to fix it, but nobody came in the evening. When we asked again the next morning it cost a lot of time.

Review 6：In general the hotel is a bit worn out, but we stayed in a very nice redecorated room.

Review 7：The location has traffic, but that is to be expected from the map - the sea-view compensated for it. The hotel was run-down and is now partly renovated - will get better and also more pricy I guess.

Review 27：Hotel had simply no atmosphere. It's just a huge place with no style both inside and outside. It's rather shabby and the long corridors made me think of the Shining hotel (the movie). It was noisy until late into the night with other guests smashing the doors and shouting. Lastly, the pool was not only shabby, but also felt dirty. Never again!

Review 28：The location, just between the old town and the ocean, was great, although the ocean road was very busy. I was lucky to have a room facing the ocean, where I could admire the sunset from. Huge parking space in front of the hotel, which is really handy. Space in the room; mine was huge!

Review 34：The outside of the hotel could use a paint job. Wifi was a little week in our room. We had to sit or stand close to the door to receive a good signal.

Review 35：I stayed in this hotel 15 years ago and then again this year. While it looks a bit worn out on the outside the room was comfortable and clean and there was good pressure and hot water in the shower. I especially liked that there were lots of pillows on the bed because my husband and I like to sit up and read. We were there for New Year's Eve and surprised how quiet it was. We were only there overnight and did not have time to make use of the pool or restaurant.

Review 36：Room was not ready at check in and staff at counter seemed to care verylittle. When the a/c cycles on, there was a loud popping noise thatwoke me up more than a few times. From the outside, the place almostlooks abandoned, though the rooms themselves are considerably moreappealing.

She changed our sheets and towels fresh daily and while in a way I would prefer not so much laundry and a little greener service, it was really luxurious to have fresh linens daily. The restaurant had very reasonable prices and yummy breakfasts and dinners. Good buffet. Nice local and int'l dishes to choose from. Front desk staff were friendly and the pool was fab! We used the car rental service in the hotel which was very reasonable and easy. Didn't see a supermarket. Perhaps they mean a snack machine and bar?

Review 41：We dont tryed the breakfast in the Hotel - nothing to say about.BUT : The swimming pool is a smelling with chemical destroyed and dirty!!!! My bath clothing is yellow now!!! Thanks to this ugly pool!!!!!

Review 49：Very comfortable hotel overlooking the sea with its own very large swimming pool. Meals in the restaurant were a reasonable price as was the hotel itself. It was less than 5-minutes' walk into the old area within the city walls.

Review 50：The dining arrangements (Poor service and uninspiring food). The hotel rooms are slowly being upgraded but the showers and watersupply in the 'new' rooms didn't function - we moved rooms twice in 2 days but still .....! After a battle we got a 50% refund. It could be a lovely hotel.
