Review 1：At night got mat rempit racing at highway beside penang port.so hard to sleep with this noise condition.tv channels need more channels n clear view.

Review 4：there is no hair dryer need to improve on ur shower gel. or mybe u can change the gel to a normal body soap like any other hotels does. u do not provide tv remote control. the ac remote cant be used *no battery the room smells not so good. its like the smell of not enough ventilation.

Review 71：The drain in the shower had a faint smell of rotting trash. TV reception wasn't very good. The images were a bit blurry.

Wifi on higher floor weak and non-existent. Windows on 304 knobs broken or missing. Morning smoke smell bad from outside rooms or corridor. Lift slow. No security for cars parked outside. Only one triple bedded room per floor and we needed 2 such rooms side by side because of kids.

Review 74：Triple beds was useful 304. Price was good RM110 (until needed to add 6% and 10% then became RM128) ! But still cheap. Comfortable and clean enough. Quiet.
