Review 1：We use the hotel for family visits. As you can see on the map it's not close to the city centre.

Review 2：We came here fore a second time. As before very nice and clean room and on top we got an upgrade. The breakfast is also very good; even a choice between soft and hard boiled eggs:-)

Review 3：NO heating in the room. I booked to this hotel many times but the rooms are very cold and the Hotel does not manage even if I ask them at the reception.

Review 5：Staff behavior both at reception and at restaurant during dinner service was very bad. Most of them were young and not well trained, they did not know how to speak with customers. During check in she did not give info about hotel facilities like fitness. The staff at restaurant was rude and slow. Bathroom was too small, especially around the sink there was no area to put your things. No hairdrier at room, I called the reception at midnight and the guy said that I could come down and pick one from reception. I went down with my pijamas and wet hair to get a hair drier! Breakfast was also very poor. There are several hotels around, do not select this one!

Review 7：The beds are really good. We got really good service because our collegue had to stay in the hospital and we got a lunchbox to fill with lunch for her. Really great!

Review 15：I booked a room with Booking.com for one evening at Postillion hotel. I was assisting to a wedding close by. My friends and family where at this hotel as well. I check in at 4:30 PM and they explain to me that was an issue with the rooms and I wasn't able to sleep there. They explain that had call me and spoke with me about this!! (not true and terrible to lie in my face) I got another room in other hotel (another city) I was alone, late to the wedding I need to assist and the only they did for me was to pay the taxi to the wedding. I have been complaining about this issue with booking for the past 4 days, spoke with different customer service people and the issue hasn;t been sold. Saying this I believe I will not book anymore with booking if the issue is not solve satisfactory

Review 18：Fast and easy to reach on motorway but noticed no traffic noise in room. Good beds, shower and bathroom. Clean and fairly roomy room with TV and excellent wifi. Plenty of power sockets, opening window and self adjustable airco. Very comfortable.

Review 26：The change to a more business-like facilities is a big 'plus'. Rooms are quiet and restaurant is efficient and modern. Buffet breakfast offers plenty choices. Very convenient located for the business traveler, near highways, however not far from city center.

The night before we had stayed in a hotel where we had to pay £19 for the breakfast and was basic compared to the Postillion Hotel.

Review 34：The restaurant staff seemed very challenged with actually serving the guests. After finding and crossing out names for about 20 minutes, the waitress finally noticed us but only after we informed her that we were ready we were able to place an order. Dinner was fine, the choices for breakfast were surprisingly bland.

Review 36：2nd & 3rd floor rooms have small windows. So if you like fresh air and light choose 1st floor. Request double bed! Even though I booked as a couple we got put together single beds. Not a problem for one or two nights. The size of them is also nothing to worry about.

But those prove to be minor drawbacks and, in a Holiday Inn level, the balance was exceptional; including the breakfast. Review 105：Hotel seemed like it was being run without a clear leader, Staff with no clear cut roll and a receptionist that looses her cool is never good. Seemed like a lack of cleaning staff. Bar shut with no warning from staff it was about to all round lack of professionalism. Partially cleaned room on the first day and complimentary drinks in the fridge not refilled as promised. Waitress that messed up the food bills and also left us without asking if anyone wanted a dessert then when finally found a waiter that cared found out the chef was going home

Very comfortable room and bathroom with all the facilities - even a robe, slippers, magazines and a small coffee machine! There is also a fitness but we didn't use that. Delicious breakfast. King size comfortable beds and we got an extra bed for our 9-years-old son free of charge, thank you! I strongly recommend.

Review 112：The first room we were given had a lot of dust on the floor - especially under the bed (which was easy to see as there was no bed skirt on cot like beds). The plastic cups in the bathroom were not wrapped and they looked dirty. Even found a paper airplane on the floor??? There was a traveling sports team staying at the hotel. The guys were running up and down the hallway in their hotel supplied bathrobes, wielding their hockey sticks and were very noisy. Coffee machines in common areas didn't work. Our kettle had old water in it and was a bit rusty inside. The woman at the desk didn't seem particularly eager to correct this by getting us a cleaner one - she simply wiped off the outside and gave it back to us. Expensive breakfast (we passed). The beds were very soft and not a good quality mattress.

Review 113：The location was convenient but not very attractive - situated on a large lot with McDonalds. The staff were helpful in attempting to resolve most of our issues. We were upgraded to a nicer room. Nice toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. Linens were very fresh. Free parking.
