Review 1：It has a convienient location, close to tram, bus, trains to Venice, but if you plan to go there you need to plan for at least an hour to reach there.

Review 3：I didn't have an impression of a full 3*, everything was of the cheapest possible quality and the single room was too small. Price-quality could have been a lot better, which unfortunately is the case everywhere in Venice. But here on the mainland it is harder to find excuse for that than on the central islands.
Review 4：Not a bad option if you decide to stay on the mainland and commute to Venice. Personal does its best to be helpful.
Review 5：Coffee at breakfast was not good. Although our room was non smoking, smoke seem to come through the ventilation system.

Review 10：Juergen working the front desk and breakfast both was wonderful! He got us to and from Venice and kept our rental car safe. The owner spoke very little English but was lovely.

Review 14：The female manager should be kept away from guests at all times. TOTAL infexibility to guests' needs (we had 2 diabled people in our group of 4). We were not allowed to check in at 1pm because they were apparently "cleaning the rooms", we were told to come back at 2pm. We had a meeting at 2pm in Venice and just wanted to put our bags down and freshen up. Its impossible that ALL the rooms are cleaned between 1pm and 2pm! We asked to leave our bags in their baggage storage, the answer was "come back at 2pm", and then the female manager forgot how to speak English. When we got to the room our shower door was broken - I'm 7 months pregnant and could not get in front ways OR sideways! My husband is disabled and really battled to get in! Tried the shower next door and its shower rose is broken and could not be moved up its pole to stick there! The male manager tried his best to help. He is however clearly brow beaten by management (aka female manager?). Heads up also that if you book a double bed they tell you only single beds are available, push for what you booked for. Awesome breakfast and nice bedroom.

Review 16：Impossible to find! The hotel could really do with a better, more noticeable sign outside. Breakfast was not great but adequate.
Review 17：Extremely helpful staff. We were given directions into Venice as soon as we arrived and they were very clear. We bought a 20 euro ticket which lasted for 24 hours and covered all trams, buses and water taxis into, out of and within Venice. Excellent value for money meaning we could travel into Venice in the evening and then again the morning after. Staff let us leave the car in their car park whilst we went into Venice which was really helpful. Rooms are small and a little tired but they were clean. We went to an excellent restaurant which was almost next door to the hotel.
Review 18：Building and decor dated- shower door was broken and difficult to use, breakfast not great. Further from Venice than we would have liked, this was ok as we were only staying one night but I would not recommend it if staying longer.

Review 20：In the reception and all over the hotel they did not open the air condition.Loby was like a sauna. We had few rooms that in all of them it did nit work properly. Staff was not nice and was not even aware of holiday that was that day.

Review 24：the hotel staff were excellent and helpful, I would recommend this hotel to anyone doing a short / long trip to visit to Venice, we only stayed overnight but I would not hesitate to book this hotel again

Review 26：It is easy to get to Venice, the bus stop is just in front of the hotel. We booked a family room ( with 4 beds) but they could not give any. Instead of they offered two separately rooms for the same price.

Review 28：The staff at the hotel is very helpful. Especially Jeena. They try and help in every possible way and gave fantastic tips for our visit to Venice. The hotel is really well connected with the tram stop just about a 100 meters away. Local bus stop and Tabacci where you get cheaper bus tickets are close by within 200 m. Very good value for money.

Review 40：There is a free parking. We stayed in a 4 bed room, there was a lot of space. It was tidy and clean. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a bus station in front of the hotel and you need only one change to reach Venice- it is only a 20 min ride. The area where the hotel is situated is very quite. The wifi connection i s also good.

Review 47：The only one thing that made our situation a bit harder, that this hotel had no any crib (baby-bed), even if we asked it when I booked the room in this hotel before we went there. So we got a big (double) bed for three of us, but it is not an ideal for a 1 yearr old baby. That was all, that we didn't like.

Review 56：Sometimes it could feel a bit tedious having to bus back but there are always for's and against for staying on the outskirts of a city. There wasn't really much choice of eating places near the hotel so we tended to eat in Venice. If you want to be picky you could say the bed was very hard.
Review 57：The male receptionist greeted us very warmly and continued to be very attentive throughout our stay. Although it was a good 20minute bus ride into Venice it also meant that it was very quiet and we had no problem with the buses. The breakfast was perfectly adequate and you could certainly fill up on it. Always plenty of fresh fruit too and a large selection of drinks.

Review 61：Clean rooms, helpful receptionist - told us everything about the transportation to Venice(we've also received a printed map with directions, bus numbers and timetables, a map of Venice). One can park the car in the courtyard of the location.
