Review 1：We found unit to very roomy and all the necessary appliances were provided. Lovely and clean and very comfortable would stay there again if wanting accommodation in Motueka.
Review 2：I was picked up at the I-site by the owner, which was great. A very comprehensive tour of the property, which had absolutely everything in it (except some milk would have been handy). Close enough to the main street to be able to walk there for breakfast and dinner. Great to have washing and drying facilities.

Review 7：It is odd that the bedrooms are upstairs, and there is a shower up there but no toilet. The toilet is downstairs.
Review 8：The owner/operator, Lucy, was very helpful. This is located in a residential area and so a car is needed to get to town. This has a fully-equipped kitchen, washer, and large living space. Very comfortable.
Review 9：Nothing we really did not like. Having no toilet on the same floor as the bedroom is not an ideal situation but manageable. Some travelers may not realize that the upper floor (bedrooms) are neither heated nor cooled, which is very common in NZ, but can be a surprise. Last, save time for washing up, since there is no dishwasher.
Review 10：Convenient location on a very quiet and pretty street, kitchen well equipped, everything clean, landlord very responsive. Would stay there again!
Review 11：Toilet downstairs. Mature travellers needed toilet during the night. The fact that the accommodation had stairs posed a problem for 2 guests.

Review 13：It appears this is a newly setup accommodation so these are all things that can be easily fixed - nowhere to put soap and shampoo in the shower - nowhere to place bathroom accessories not even a shelf - no light over the bathroom mirror meant you shaved in your own -shadow - after booking in, never saw the owner again even to hand the keys back or ask about the area

Review 20：We had a high hope for this stay because of excellent reviews. But our stay was not that exciting. Shower did not drain at all due to the slanted shower surface that seemed to be caused by structural problem and leaked to downstair kitchen table when we had breakfast. Another thing we felt odd was the complete separation of toilet and shower which was toilet at downstairs and shower at upstairs. Also, Bathroom supplies were missing.
