Review 2：Excellent reservation staff. We booked double room and requested high room floor near elevator with view of Heiwa Dori and monorail. Received email from Reservations saying we needed to upgrade to a Twin Room [279 sq. ft.] for the preferred view and for only a few dollars more which we did. We were extremely pleased that we good everything we requested and a top floor room.

Review 3：The staff were attentive, beautifully presented and very welcoming. The hotel was modern, comfortable and provided a wide range of facilities to make the stay comfortable.

Review 5：great location right on top of the train station so you cannot possibly get lost. But nowhere near trains so zero noise. Modern, elegant interior. Easy to run out for meals, grab a coffee, etc. Incredible shopping immediately below in station mall.
