Review 3：The beds were uncomfortable, one single small pillow. No lifts so had to carry heavy cases up stairs. No tea-coffee or kettle. Finally staff were not friendly.

Review 5：Wifi not always working. Have reported it twice same evening and staff was not very helpfull. I was told that i needed to wait 20 min before my phone can get access to internet. It was the load of rubbish. The rooter just needed to be restarted but they felt too lazy to do it. Only the next day another receptionist rebooted it and it worked perfectly fine.

Review 12：Room and bathroom was clean, specious and nice furnished. The staff were very friendly and helpful- they have organised for us the pick-up service to the Słowiński National Park. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with a wide choice of everything. Excellent value for money.
