Review 3：No airco although it is advertised. Waterdrain in shower was clogged. Just small things. Didn't bother us much but just so other people know this.

Review 5：The hotel advertises with a swimming pool and air conditioned room. The pool is dirty and there is not enough electricity for the air conditioning. We were very upset that there was no air conditioning and this was promised with the reservation. We argued almost one hour with the staff about us. They did not want to cancel our reservation and came with a lot of excuses whicb were not relevant. The owners do not run the hotel and treat their guests professional. Actualy the owner mentioned that he would not turn his diesel engine up for air conditioning just for two room because of the costs. We felt not taken seriously and insulted. The rooms were not cleaned well. The most painfull is that the kashbah advertises with facilities they actually do not offer.

Review 6：The kashbah/hotel is located in the middle of the desert. This results in very low recourses. There was no water and electricity in the morning.

Review 9：The location is great, it is right in front of the dunes The staff is very friendly and helpful. During my stay they were making renovations, everything is new and looking good. The swimmingpool is nice it is refreshing and clean. I heard that they have a new cook and I absolutely loved the food. Would definitely go back there.

Its in a beautiful location either the dunes on your doorstep and many fun activities are available. Its perfect and i would strongly recommend it

Review 13：You are right on the dunes. We got picked up from the bus station with no extra charge. The staff was friendly to all and they knew many different languages!

Review 14：the place is far and not so accessible. we didn't know we have to notify the staff of our arrival so they could pick us up at the bus stop. it was inconvenient and a hassle for us to wait for many hours before someone could pick us up

Review 16：The cleanliness is really poor. The room was full of dust and hairs. No air conditionner to warm the room is December. No view as advertised and no hair dryer. We asked for it upon arrival and were told that due to the solar system we could not use it at night, but in the morning this hairdryer was broken, as it probably never existed. The room had only one towel for 2 persons and it was freezing. With the half board we had a small plate of spagghetti, a small salad and a small tagine full of vegetables with 2 small pieces of meat. For breakfast, we were served with orange juice in powder and cheap powder coffee. In Morrocco, it is unacceptable to be served this products as a fresh orange juice can be found for less than 1 euro and coffee also. With the dinner they gave us the options for water, beer and wine, we asked for a menu and were told that they had none, so we thought that this was included in the price but the day after we were asked to pay 20 euros for a cheap bottle of wine. No menu, no price!

Review 18：Electricity was scarce therefore no air conditioning. Electricity cut off at 0130 hrs and was therefore in total darkness. The pool was dirty and no shade provided, neither in the pool nor the terraces. Rooms were dusty and some lights for some reason kept flashing even when they were switched off.

Review 19：Location I intended to stay 2 nights but stayed 1 instead and after mentioning the reasons why I was leaving I was not charged for the night or the 2 meals I had. Greatly appreciated.

Thestaff of the hotel is very helpful and they will organise not only yourstay in there but also can help you with all your trip in the Morocco.They speak many languages and are always at your service. The camel trekand 4x4 trek is a must when you are there-unforgettable experience.Rooms are simple, but comfortable and decorated in traditional style.Highly recommendable.

Review 21：Kasbah hotel erg chebbi was exactly what we had hoped it would be. Thewho complex is decorated tastefully in berber styl and everything iskept extremely clean. The pool are is the perfect place to nap and read.Half board is included with the room price, and the food is very good.Soup, warm salad, and a substantial tagine is followed by desert fordinner. Breakfast is simple, but plentiful. The staff are unfailinglycourteous and helpful. The hotel is 1 minut from sand duns . Theatmosphere is completely quiet. Camel excursions go to a verycomfortable camps with real beds and a porcelain bowl toilet. Dinner andbreakfast are included in overnight excursions with professional guides.An excellent choice. To conclude my review all im going to say is,please go to kasbah erg chebbi! Will be booking again, tI met some greatpeople, thank you for a wonderful time!

Food was verry goodMohammed, the owner of this place is very helpful, organized us anairport transfer in Fez and taxi to Ouarzazate and recommended a riad inMarrakesh and pick up at Marrakesh bus startion for free! So it'sdefinately worth to go there
