Review 1：internet - poor signal, he breakfast was to poor - no natural yogurt, no eggs, frash fruts were not really frash (in Italy!!!)

Review 21：Easy to find, well signposted and with good access to/from A4. Ideally situated for visits to Lake Garda, Verona, Milan and even Venice. Friendly and helpful staff; good sized room and bar/restaurant on the ground floor.

Review 22：Many things are outrageous: 1. Rudeness of the staff. Complete unfriendliness 2. Comfort in the room - air condition has not work almost for 2 hours (we checked in at midnight) - after I went 3 times to reception; ventilator in the bathroom with incredible noise and no switch off option (we shut down the bathroom door to reduce noise 3. Disgusting breakfast with poor variety 4. Check out till 10. We've tried to check out at 11 and they wanted us to pay extra for this 5. No child policy - they took extra for 2 years old baby who slept with us - when I tried to argue there was no facility at all the receptionist was rude and forcy. Overall, we spent in this hotel 10 hrs and paid helluwa lots of money

Review 24：Location is very good - close to the city of Verona, Gardaland, Water world, Garda lake and a lot of other interesting places. Communication is very good - highway is a 2 minutes from the hotel. Clean, free WiFi, free parking place, market store accross the street...

Review 26：My family (kids 12 and 5 y.o.) stayed in this hotel for three days visiting Parco Natura Vivia, Verona and Gardaland. Hotel location was convinient for that type of a short family vacation. Breakfast was not abundant (cereals, cheese, ham, cornetti, fruits, honey, jam); however, the quality of food was very good. The family room we stayed in had a large bathroom (w/shower and electric fan) and a safe -- rare things one would usually find in a 3-star hotel in Europe The underground parking was spacious and convinient in a rainy day.

Review 27：Comfortable underground parking with easy access to the hotel. Comfortable location and easy to find. Comfy rooms, clean. Restaurant availability is a big plus when travelling with kids.

Review 28：Really good hotel for those who want to see Verona and prefer calm place for night. Great position from highway and about 10 minutes to get to the center of Verona. Rooms were clean and spacious. Brekfast was also fine. Very nice and helpfull stuff speaking quite good english, which is not as common in Italy. We were 3 famillies with smalll kids (2-8years) and they fulfil all our extra needs regarding our kids. We surely recommend this hotel.
