Review 15：Cleanlinnes of the bathroom - there were someone's hair on the floor of the shower. No lift in the hotel (but there was some contruction work so probably it will be). Location - it is not very close from main square.

Review 18：Good, clean comfortable hotel a stone's throw from the hisorical centre but away from the rather crowded bustle of the centre. Although they spoke very little English I thought the staff were friendly and helpful. They went over and above the call of duty to put me in touch with a particular travel agent.
Review 19：Although we booked a room with two beds for two nights, which was confirmed, we received two single rooms and had to move to the 2nd floor the next day.
