Review 1：Not at all a 5 star hotel. good 3*** at best. The facility has been renovated and the room was spacious, but it would be a much more enjoyable experience checking in a 3*** hotel and be pleasantly surprised of quality than knowing in advance there is no 5***** hotel in Banja Luka and you do not really know what to expect (fingers crossed). I found getting to the hotel rather tricky due to the sat-nav indicating to the end of the one way street and needed to circle around the city center to find the entrance to the street. and the parking was a bit awkward-accross the public parking and behind the hotel.

Review 2：Location Location Location. 100m from the main pedestrian zone, where the night life takes place.

Review 5：The breakfast was very poor. Although very much doubts about freshness of breakfast. For business the WIFI was also poor in the rooms.

Review 7：Such a disappointment. It is advertised as a 5* hotel and I wouldn't grant it even 2*. Incredibly overpriced - I had to pay Eur 98 for one night, single occupation. Didn't even have a chair and desk in the room. Cheap furniture, cheap equipment in the bathrooms... Basically, would be a good 2* hotel. When I asked to revise the price at the reception, they said that they understand my disappointment but blamed it fully on Booking.com and that there was nothing they could do about it?!?!

Review 13：WiFi quality rather moderate./ The gym&pool are on upper floor, where only 1 emergency exit was available and was locked all the times I was visiting this area. Thus, in case of emergency, the elevator is the only mean for escape which is not acceptable. Early in the morning and in evenings but still within the hours announced as working time for this area, the area is locked and one should go to the reception for obtaining the key.

Review 14：Location- central, at walking distance from shopping&dining area. Great restaurant at about 5 minutes walking across the parking and a bit further from it (Philippe Dine&Wine). Very clean, quiet and relatively (but sufficiently) spacious room. Wide and comfortable bed, writing desk, average big wardrobe, A/C working well. Bathroom and shower cabin spacious and clean; hairdryer and toiletries available. From breakfast tried only omelette and it was quite OK. The personnel is polite though apparently not trained or not efficient enough to devote much effort in unusual requests (my colleague needed information for massage facilities in the town, and the person who promised to look for such during the day, didn't seem to do something or inform her colleagues from the next shift in this regard).

Review 15：* breakfast is a joke: one "bread"/"pastry" sort. Some ham & bologna, a couple of slices of cheese, a couple of eggs and that basically sums it up. If a 1*-hotel was offering breakfast, they would offer more, I believe. * there is not one child seat in any of the facilities -> bar, restaurant or breakfast room (impossible for a 5*-hotel)

Review 17：We were at Banja Luka several times before in other hotels. This was our first stay in Talia and next time is no other optin. Receptionst with chech in give a chanche to select our room - two nice but diferent rooms. Hotel is clean, breakfast is excelent. Stuff is extremly friendly. At chech out they let us use their parking place for free - you are guests, they say. Banja Luka is the same, very friendly nice people, feel safe, really relaxing expirience, hardly wait to go back as soon as possible.

Review 18：Luckily the bells across the street stop at 2000 hours and you can get a good nights sleep.

Review 19：Front desk man Jovica took initiative to be helpful with suggestions and make our stay comfortable. Our room was refurbished and the bathroom facilities were very modern.

Review 20：We asked to have later check out, around 2pm, and we were told we can, but we were not told that this will be charged. On the bill, I saw the charge for this 2 extra hours we stayed, and the price was half of what we paid for our overnight stay!! Very angry about this, because, this is the first time that hotel charged us extra for this, and moreover, we were not told that they will charge thiss, and then the price of this extra stay.. outrageous. I think guests should be told if they will be charged after all, because usually, hotels dont charge this especially if they have empty rooms, and this hotel had many. In restaurant, I ordered beef soup, and they brought instant soup made from powder, which is unacceptable. And again, was not warned that this soup is not cooked, as it should be.

Review 21：The rooms were clean and renovated, although quite small.

Review 22：No pool or sauna!! It was being cleaned when we were there and those facilities were the only reason I booked it. The wifi was woeful and I wandered round to search for hotspots.

Review 23：The staff were lovely. The man on the front desk was really friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was nice but if you don't like veal or pizza there's not much choice !

Review 24：Wifi and wire-internet didn't work at all during stay in room. Personnel tried to fix it, but didn't succeed. Had to go to lobby, where it worked.

Review 28：I wouldn't have minded if the hotel cost 30 euro per night but 60 euro per night for rooms that are very dated - there are better value hotels in Banja Luka. 60 euros per night is towards the upper end of the price range in BiH. Rooms are not checked thoroughly (for instance, two of the lights in my room were not working)
