Review 1：The hotel is great, the room is clean and modern and staff are nice and kind. Although is not close to Venice historic city center there is a stop bus just in front of the hotel that takes you there in 25 min. Pretty easy to go and return without the hassle of finding a place where to park the car
Review 2：The noise was terrible. The room was 5 metres away from the main road. you could hear everything in the neighbour's rooms as if you were in their room. Each time someone opened or closed a door you could hear it. The a la carte restaurant was full so it was not possible to have dinner.

Review 11：The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and were dedicated to making our stay as comfortable as possible. The food was amazing, especially the Bigoli al Ragu! The rooms were spacious and beautiful.

Review 24：food was ok, not really up to what iwas expecting. bread for toast was stale. the caprese salad had very boring mozarrella. it was served nicely but wasn't particularly savoury. the dining area outside felt like it was in the carpark, and there was the smell of sewage throughout the meal. althrough advertised as 15mins from Venice, it was actually 30. Coming back at night the only reason we knew when to get off was because i had my satnav with me.

Review 35：Everything about the hotel was superb. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, extremely comfortable and quiet. The food was also excellent with an extremely tasty and satisfying dinner followed the next day by what I can only describe as the best breakfast we have ever come across in any continental hotel. Although not in the centre of Venice, a regular (every 15 minutes) bus service leaves literally from outside the door into the heart of Venice meaning that you can have easy access into the city without the higher prices you would almost certainly pay for even less attractive accommodation.
