Review 1：French bed is very small.
Review 2：Room is simple but clean. The public bath is small and simple but is a nice service! Breakfast buffet is big and very various. Position is perfect, near to monorail and to train station
Review 3：Claim to have high speed internet but when we got there all Internet was down. Told the staff, all they said was sorry and didn't do anything about it. Staff also wouldn't lift even a finger to help with our luggage. Very unexpected behaviour compared to normal really hospitable Japanese manner.

Review 12：I am little dissapointed that the staff at the frontdesk, did not speak in English. It is obviously internaional buseniss, the hotel, so that the staff should be able to handle visitors in English. Even if I can not speak Japanese , the staff always told back to me in Japanese. If someone ask something in English, it means they can not talk in their language. The staff should have tried to speak a little English or describe something for better communication if she had not have good English. I hope that your hotel consider this matter for your future. Thanks.
Review 13：It is near the station whicn is good for every visitors for commuting. And it is quite clean and has a good public spa.
