Review 1：No bad experience. For two the kitchen/living room was OK but I think it would be small for 4.

Review 2：Apartment was clean and well equipped. Location was peaceful and quiet. Location was fine for me because I had a car and could easily drive to where I wanted to go

Review 3：Last year we stayed in no.14 which was modern and neutrally decorated. This year we were in no.13 which wasn't so nicely decorated. There is an eclectic collection of 'things' which aren't necessary in a holiday apartment. Resources provided are also a bit random eg: 2 hair dryers and a blender but no kettle. The wi-fi isn't great and drops out frequently.

Review 4：2nd time we've been, very quiet and peaceful. Good location close to the town centre and supermarket. Apartment has a washing machine which means you can pack light-especially with a baby. Really nice pool area. Sergio helped us out by providing a plug adaptor which we'd forgotten.

Review 5：The pool could've done with being cleaned more it was only cleaned once on the 9 days we were there. And only one fan for a family of 5 wasn't good enough. And also I think they should offer cleaning and fresh linen for stays longer than a week it doesn't make much sense not to. I'd tried to wash our linen but your very limited to where you can dry it.

Review 6：The location was brilliant and the pool area was really nice. The free transfer to the beach was a bonus and Sergio was always trying to do his upmost for us even if he didn't understand.

Review 7：I have to say I liked everything about this place. I'm travelled a lot and out of a variety of places I've stayed, this was the best yet. Sergio answered our every request but the place was excellent on every level.

Review 8：Quiet private location, 5min from one of the Marina do Orosei beach. Barbecue facilities in site! AC was being installed and soon there will be a pool too! Really helpful staff

Review 9：We booked a superior apartment for one week through Booking.com and had a mail conversation with the landlord Mr Sergio who granted us the apartment No 19 at the top floor with bedroom towards the garden and with some wiev. When we arrived in June mr Sergio wasn´t expecting us. But with some help from another Agency next door we could reach him. Sergio didn´t even know we were arriving that day which was kind of strange since we had written him three times (e.mail) both in English and Italien. When he finally arrived he show us another apartment at the first floor with bedroom at the street with a lot of traffic. When we asked him why, he told us that our booked apartment was occupied by an another Couples. Since Sergio didn´t speak English we were lucky speak Italien. We also informed Booking.com about the problems. Everything went wrong from the beginning, so we left after three days.

Review 10：WLAN very unstable, staff treat you as if they are the guest, constant exceptions to very few rules. Loud, loud, loud, from dawn to dusk. If you want peace, go somewhere else. Just badly designed complex.

Review 11：After couple of minutes not using WiFi you need to log in again. You have to wait 10 minutes for hot water in shower.

Review 12：Sergio is the best host ever! Everythink is brand new in the apartment. Great localisation near to Gulf of Orosei or Berchida beach. Nice swimming pool. Welcome gift :-)

Review 13：Wifi keeps disconnecting after not using for a while. Some basic cooking supplies would be good, have to buy everything as looks like they clear it all out after every booking.

Review 14：Orosei convenient for visiting the area. Clean new apartments with nice pool area. Comfy bed. Sergio very helpful and responsive. Very cheap week for us.

Review 15：-Very noisy since it is not well built (you'll hear moving of chairs, babies crying, everything). We woke up every morning before 8am since the baby in the apartment next door woke up. We even changed apartments (one floor up), but it didn't help a lot. - The garbage was piling in the garage and was once emptied in two weeks. - It looks fine on the first glance, but everything you touch falls apart. It's new, but already not well maintained. (e.g. shower flooding the bathroom floor, sink falling apart). - Wifi needs to be logged in manually via website... and the session ends after 15-20min - like everywhere in the South... no heating. but I would expect to get a stove upfront, without asking first. - nothing to do your dishes (sponge, detergent). 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 weeks - had to call the owner many times, because of various issues (and I'm not very picky!) - To get a hot shower we had to open all taps and wait for 10 Minutes - don't expect to have much privacy on the balcony. The building is U-shaped. If someone is sitting on the balcony (in our case a big group was there all the time), they see what ever you do (e.g. opening bathroom window)

Review 16：- the owner is very kind and tries a lot - WiFi is good, when you succeeded the webpage login (it also worked on the balcony after screwing in the antennas of the router) - Sofa was ok - Kitchenette was quite well equipped (Espresso machine, cutting board, sharp knife) - we got a welcome package (bottle of wine, Sardinian sweets)

Review 17：The residence was well located, just a short walk to Orosei's centre as well as a 20 min walk to the beach. The flat itself and all the facilities were very clean and in almost perfect condition; we particularly appreciated the convenient kitchen and the terrace. The staff was really nice and helpful. We would totally recommend this place to anyone willing to discover this beautiful part of Sardinia.

Review 18：Sergios support with everything was very very nice. location for us perfect- 20 min walk to beach, 10 min to village, 5 min to supermarket, 1 min Restaurant. Super Pool!

Review 19：We were missing the basics to keep kitchen and dishes clean, but got some after asking at the reception.

Review 20：We had a very warm welcome! We were taken to our accomocation, which was on the opposite place in town, by one of the staff. The place had a very nice view on the mountains and a supermarket at the end of the street. Orosei center was at 10 min walking distance. Good place and very comfortable. Also nice and quiet at night.

Review 21：It says cleaning is included, but its not, only at departure. Its good that they recycle, but they demand that you do that too but without giving you all the right things you need (different bins and bags).

Review 24：I've been to Orosei for my birthday, first we intended to spend just a night there, but after the nice experience with Sergio we decided to stay 3 extra nights! It was the highlight of our trip to Sardinia!

Review 25：Stayed 5 nights & no clean towels or bed change was offered. Our 1 bed apt although lovely & new was a bit on the small side, I imagine would be very cramped for 4 people so I suggest a 2 bed apt.

Review 26：Location. WiFi. Owner Sergio. New Apt. Chairs & Umberella provided for beach. Local beach fabulous & you could walk to town. Sergio greeted us very kindly & offered us a cool drink on arrival which was grt seen as out dodgy car-hire sat nav cudnt find the place!

Review 27：The place is large and lovely situated inside a field of olive trees. It is all equiped with 2 bedrooms and a nice bathroom, all is nicely and simply decorated. i recommend to families to stay at this place.

Review 29：We travelled as a couple in June and stayed in Case Vacanza Gli Ulivi in Orosei for 1 week. We hired a car from Hertz at the airport and found the experience very good and it took us over an hour to reach our accommodation. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by Sergio who owns the apartments and were shown where to park (your own garage space) and where our studio apartment was. My partner was a little worried on arrival due to the lack of air conditioning however the rooms are so cool and with a sea breeze that we didn’t miss it. If anything we were pulling the sheets up to our necks whilst sleeping! The studio was very clean, quiet, bright and had everything we could need. Fridge/freezer, pots, pans, cutlery, toaster, and much more were supplied. We were treated to a bottle of wine, olive oil, fruit and a selection of delicious Sardinian biscuits. Sergio told us that a beach umbrella, beach loungers and towels were provided which was fantastic. We used them for our daily trips to the beach. There were so many beaches that we could go to but we returned to our favourite, Cala Osala, approximately 6k from the apartments. The beach is beautiful; crystal clear water perfect for snorkelling and is mainly where the local Sardinians go. The busy periods at the beach are on Saturday and Sunday when the locals enjoy their weekends. There is a beach closer than Osala with a stretch of fine sand and is only 10 minutes walk from the apartments. It is manned with a lifeguard and restaurants.There is a small fruit and veg shop immediately next to the apartments in which the lady sells her own produce. The fruit was delicious! We ate watermelon, apricots, nectarines, cherries, plums and figs for our lunch every day. The fruits are so meaty that we didn’t need much more! In the evenings we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and drinking local Sardinian wine. After dinner we walked into the centre and soaked in the atmosphere and ate lots of gelato!

Review 30：It was a really nice time to spend a week at Gli Ulivi where we were in apartament for two that has everything you need - just like Your Vacation Flat ! Everything is brand new - nice bathroom with shower, kitchen has great equipment, there is 40 inch LCD TV with SAtTV, there is big balocny with chairs, table, grill, and second shower to take a quick refresh. Pool is perfect ! It is clean and quiet! Sergio is really helpful manager that know how to take care of guests. It is not so common these days ! Our next vacation must be there again !

Review 49：We felt very welcomed from the very beginning and the staff was always happy to help. It is nice that you get a welcome package with wine, sweets and olive oil, such a nice gesture from the owners. The apartment is nicely located close to the beach (walking distance) and among numerous nice restaurants and also is well equipped with everything you need. We even got free beach towels, sun chairs and an umbrella we could use at the beach. We would love to go back there and can only recommend this lovely place.

Review 50：Everything was perfect! We enjoyed a brand new one bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen (except detergent :-)), a large terrace with a view on the street, a free and fast Wi-Fi and a private garage parking. Upon arrival, we were offered fresh fruits, selection of biscuits and a bottle of home made wine. Sergio, the owner was doing his utmost to make us feel comfortable. We certainly recommend.

Review 52：Wow, the property was beautifully decorated and equipped, and the ownerscouldn't do enough to help. The free wi-fi, sunny private balconyand off street parking are all great bonuses. There was fruit left onthe table for us along with some lovely biscuits and olive oilthat's produced by the property owner from trees his father planted.The apartment is is in a quiet back street with a supermarket at the endof the road. Short walk from town and the beach is only short drive.Cala Ganone beach and climbing crags less than twenty minutes away withthe Supramonte, historic Tiscali and the Gorruppa George not muchfurther. Perfectly situated and brilliant value, can't praise thisplace enough.
