Review 1：The wi-fi is not accessible in the rooms, the guy from reception desk told me that this might be only for a moment - this moment lasted for 2 days. They did not have cable and proposed me to stay at 2:00 am at the loby bar to use the internet there. When i adviced them to check it, they answered me smiling: "Thank you!"...

Review 2：Nearly impossible to find, Internet doesn't work, and one of our rooms was soaking wet and covered in mold. The housekeeping entered our room three times unannounced before 10 AM!

Review 3：location wise, although it didn't affect us (as we were on a road trip), not as close to the airport and there is a substantial charge for the shuttle bus.

Review 8：The only remotely decent thing was the cappuccino (which didn't evenhave chocolate on top, but wasn't bad texture), breakfast was agenerous amount of pastries (if you like carbs and sugar).

Review 9：I booked for 2 day's through Booking.com "Premim Double or Twin Room - Single Use king size bed"' and got the room as reserved. To my surprised when I came back to my room the second day, the bed that was a king size, was replaced with a single bed, All requests for explanations from the hotel staff were anserd that they do not have an answer or explanation and are unable to return the king size bed to the room or to change the room. They told me that "Because the reservation has been made through Booking.com They can not compensate me"...........

Review 10：1st room assigned the fridge didn't work. 2nd room we had problems with the lights. The fire alarm kept going off even through the night. Very annoying. Wifi in rooms questionable security.

Review 11：The staff was very attentive. The happy hour at the hotel bar was fun with great staff.

Review 12：Reception is understaffed, restaurant personnel is overworked: only one clerk would be available when there clearly had to be at least two to handle check-ins, check-outs and other inquiries. There was a sense of miscommunication and lack of patience with non-Italian speakers by some of the staff. There are a lot of organized tour groups staying over there for a night or two, so there is a high level of noise in the early morning hours that one can hear even from the rooms. Breakfast was uneven - it was satisfactory on Thursday, but by Friday and Saturday the choice of food has been narrowed. The same goes for the hotel restaurant, where the menu of the day costs only 15 Euros, but the meal choices on Friday and Saturday were significantly limited compared to Thursday. Make sure you specifically ask for dessert and not settle for coffee as default! You can clearly hear airplane traffic from the rooms from time to time. Airport shuttle has to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance and shuttle to and from the train station can't be guaranteed at the time you wish for if not requested earlier enough.

Review 13：It's only 9 km north of Malpansa Airport. There is a regional train station in Somma Lombardo that easily takes you to Milan's Garibaldi Train Station and to Lago Maggiore and beyond. The hotel may seem like in the middle of nowhere since it is located a bit far from Somma Lombardo's center, but the train station is only a 15 minute walk from the hotel and the town has a certain charm with a few historical attractions, lush forest and proximity to the wide Ticino river and nature reserve. The price for late April and early May was 28 Euros per person per day including breakfast: definitely the lowest price in the area. Rooms were designed for maximum comfort and beds were reasonably comfortable.

Review 31：Unfortunately they need to renovate some areas urgently. The room had mold on the ceiling and was very humid.Very poor breakfast. We spent a week and on the same time several groups were stayed at the hotel, which they left early in the morning so when the other few guests wanted to take their breakfast, there was hardly something to eat. I have to say that personnel gave their best but the management has to take actions if they want to provide quality services. It is a pity to have such a treasure and not even hire two people to serve their customers. Once again thanks to the staff who running,giving the best they could. No internet in the rooms, AC not working.

Review 32：If you have a car, the hotel is gut situated and you can reach airport and also Lago quite fast. The hotel has a nice big reception area, a nice parking place free of charge and the exterior is nice. Not forget to mention that the staff was very friendly always willing to help.

Review 33：The airport shuttle is NOT free. The staff were very unhelpful when we said wanted to take the shuttle, and spoke poor english. They asked for 30 euros and said it would only run at limited, inconvenient hours. We said that we had been quoted 25 euros for a taxi and it was preferable as it would come at exactly the right time. The hotel staff continued to insist that their shuttle service was cheaper than a taxi, despite the quotes we had received, and the staff spent some time refusing to book a taxi for us.

Review 42：We booked hotel Milano Malpensa for 2 days stay between the flights on our way to Luxembourg and back. We were looking the hotel with free shuttle service from and to airport and that was included when we booked. Upon arrival we were asked to pay 10 eur per person for the shuttle and the stuff refused to accept our complain even it was written on the voucher it's free. They told us that free shuttle service is no longer available but the time we booked it was. On our return we had booked 1 night and also needed transfer from and to airport, we had to pay again and the total cost for us was 80 eur for 2 person, as much as staying 2 nights in the hotel. We consider it was not correct since we booked under different conditions and if the policy changed in the meantime doesn't concern us. We are not satisfied with the service we got.

Review 48：Clear communication before our stay related to shuttle reservations (recommend everyone get confirmations by email in advance so you know where to be and when!). All went smoothly. Great service when we arrived, slight delay checking in which didn't bother us at all but they still offered us drinks at the bar which was a lovely welcome. Best shower we took in the entire country. Breakfast was fine, beds were comfortable, and we had a pleasant stroll to the nearby restaurant (10 minute walk). We were told not to expect wi-fi but it worked fine in our room, perhaps because we were on the first floor?

Review 49：Air conditioning apparently they shut it off at night time. The restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner for the whole time of our stay. Also by the second night one of the room's bed was removed and at the other room towels were not replaced. Later on after it was told to reception were taken care of. No natural water was available for my children to drink from second night on. Our stay was for a total of 4 nights.
