Review 1：yr email of reservation that I did thru you NEVER GOT TO THE HOTEL or thats what the staff told me so I was very dissapointed, luckily they had rooms!!!!, very bad from one of you either you at booking or the staff at the hotel

Review 3：The room was very shabby and worn inside. I was not expecting this from a 4 star hotel at all. The room needs serious refurbishing (peeling wallpaper, etc) Overpriced for what you get for your money. Staff not very welcoming either which does not help.

Review 5：Not a real kitchen - just a mini fridge and a microwave and space. Gym equipment was cheap, dangerous, and not functional. Many TV stations didn't come through. Massage was next to a loud snoring man and with a therapist who had no idea what she was doing. Sheets were maybe not clean. No towels when I arrived. On and on. This hotel has no idea what it's supposed to be doing. Also very noisy.

Review 10：Bad smell in the room, sticky floor, no minibar, view to sea is actually view to the 4 lines noisy road with sea bank behind.

Review 12：The pictures on booking show a very modern hotel but in reality the hotel is old and not very well maintained.

Review 14：Dry wall construction makes for noisy rooms. Anyone standing in the hallway chatting could be heard in our room. We should have asked for a quiet room away from the front desk. (We were right around the corner.)
Review 15：We liked the fact that Ocean View was far enough from the town to have quiet streets, yet close enough to walk into the ciudad. There's also a large movie theater within walking distance.
