Review 1：Handy to Motueka and Abel Tasman National Park. Perfectly adequate for our short stay while passing through Motueka. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Thanks!

Review 2：We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit which was great but I'm sure the 1 bedroom unit would have been of the same high standard. Very clean and well appointed with everything provided for your holiday needs. Comfortable sofas and bed. Very good shower.

Review 3：Spacious unit. Really friendly owner. Great facilities and setting. A bit out of town, but lovely grounds and quiet location. Our unit was older and carpet/furniture, a little tired (owners working on upgrading) but clean, beds really comfy and great value.

Review 4：Unfortunately the big thing that let it down was the state of the bathroom. The wooden surround of the shower was rotting. Big gapping holes. The lower part of the formica in the shower was too. Very past it. Very obviously black rot, not just a little bit. It made me feel gross having a shower in there and I wasn't keen for the 1 year old to sit in the bottom of the shower. Very old outdated shower with taps and no mixer. Probably original from when the place was built in the 60's or 70's? The rest of the unit was immaculate and clean so it really was unfortunate. I thought the price should really have been much lower considering. I could have spent $25 more and got a much nicer motel with a modern clean feeling bathroom. It's honestly the worst bathroom I've ever encountered while staying in paid accommodation. And that includes backpackers.

Review 17：We stayed in two rooms. The larger was excellent, but the smaller had poor shower pressure and only basic cooking facilities. The slightly lower price did not compensate for this. Overall these are minor complaints of comparison and I will stay there again
