Review 1：Honestly, the outside could be repaired and repainted. It does no justice to what is on the inside! But I'm American and maybe the Japanese just don't do it that way.

Review 2：Amazing pool and view from pool. I loved our private onsen in our room. The shower felt like you were outside. The whole room was beautiful.

Review 3：The private hotspring had black hair floating in it- we dont have black hair. The cedar tub was broken and not at all like the pictures. We arranged to have private dinner and ended up in a dining hall. The rate charged was per person not an overall rate for the room. The hotel needs some updating.

Review 4：The view of the bay was lovely, the check in process went well and they gave us complimentary tea and put our shoes away in the room. Our futon were laid out when we went to dinner and we had some biscuits left out for dessert. The meal was so amazing and our server really spent a lot of time talking to us and making sure we were happy- outstanding service.

Review 15：1. No facilities were open on the Sunday night we stayed. No open on-site restaurant or room service. 2. Staff was friendly but intrusive. Always seemed to go into our room whenever we went out.

Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Pick-up at station is available at 13:30, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00, 18:00.Shuttles run from the hotel to the station at 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:10.To eat breakfast at the hotel, please make a reservation 3 days in advance.Guests will not be able to use parking after 22:00.Please note that the public bath will be unavailable from 5 January until 29 February (Mon) 2016 due to renovation works. Guests may experience some noise and other minor disturbance. The east building open-air bath and kashikiri (private use) open-air bath can still be used during this period.
