Reviews for Auberge Sahara

Review 1:Wifi only inside lounge due to thick walls! But it's amazing you canget wifi on the edge of the Sahara! Pool not crystal clear due to sand, but again, not their fault, impossible to protect a pool from sand inthe Sahara!! Toilet flush needed constant fixing, but we did itourselves. Digital tv non-existent, no signal...they'd be bettergetting rid of it. The only reason we wanted it was for cartoons for ourdaughter, but she soon realised she didn't need it!

Review 2:Sooo relaxing! We were welcomed with mint tea and shown to our room, 4-bed suite. Huge bed for my husband and I, nicely set apart from theroom. Big fridge for cold drinks and snacks etc. Location is right onthe dunes, and lovely rooftop for photos of sunset/sunrise. Nicepool (chilly but refreshing!) with plenty of sunloungers. Food smeltdelicious but we self-catered so can't comment. Relaxing publicareas to get wifi etc. Very easy for camel/desert trips - just askin reception, it all gets sorted, trust them! Be warned, you get anearly wake up from the many birds...I Loved it but my husband wanted toshoot them!! Just settle in to the desert, let go of worries, and relax.Warm, friendly, laid-back, unhassly staff....we didn't want to leave:-) thank you.

Review 3:No wifi in the rooms.

Review 4:Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and refreshing pool!

Review 5:You'd be amazed by the staff's hospitality and delicious meals! Plus, the camel trekking was very well organised.

Review 6:Really beautiful, authentic riad, located right on the edge of the Sahara Desert. Staff spoke English and were very helpful and efficient. Food was wonderful!

Review 7:Staff was nice but not very communicative...when I arrived I wasshown my room, but not given any other information (re: food, tours, wifi, etc).

Review 8:Nice layout, big rooms, nice small pool, short walk to dunes, good food.Seems to be a family, group spot...not the best place for a solotraveller to meet people, but on the other hand it was pretty quiet.
