Review 1：The host was extremely friendly and helpful, she gave us some tips on things to do and told us how to reach Kaiteriteri beach for our scheduled Abel Tasman trip (it only takes 15-20 min to get there from the hotel). The hotel also provides free beach towels for their guests, which was a nice surprise and saves us from the pain of packing up wet/sandy towels upon departure. The room was great, we had originally booked a studio but once we got there we received a free upgrade to a one-bedroom.
Review 2：Great location close to the fun town of Moteuka. Close to Abel Tasman and Kaiteriteri. They had free videos for use which was nice to hang out, cook/barbecue dinner and have a relaxing evening.
Review 3：Bathroom tiles were slippery when wet and there was a notice telling guests to do their own dishes. I don't like to rely on previous guests' standards so rewashed the mugs which were the only dishes we used. I didn't wash them!

Review 12：Friendly reception by the owner who was eager to explain where everything wasin the town. Fully equipped and very clean. No complaints whatsoever.
Review 13：No bath - although there was room for one. They charged twice whatothers charged for use of washing and drying facilities - I expectelectricity costs the same for everyone so this felt like exploitationof the tourist.

Review 17：The first thing we noticed was how spacious our studio unit was! We had everything we needed and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The location was great, handy to everything.

Review 20：Lovely spacious, clean room, quiet upstairs at the back with a view over the Kiwifruit grove/orchard. It was so peaceful sitting on the balcony reading after a day on the track walking. Will definitely stay there again.
Review 21：Large, modern, bright room. Although wifi came at a cost ($5/day )it was the fastest we have had in 3 weeks of travel . Guest BBQ was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped. Grounds well maintained . Location for sightseeing in the region great.
Review 22：The shower facility was known to require update to prevent water spilling into the bathroom area and the fridge door seal was known to be defective. Also not happy about the Wi Fi charges, this was the only motel where payments were applicable. Not the most welcoming hosts.

Choice of restaurants in the uninspiring town and great bakeries for sandwiches to take out for a picnic.
