Review 2：An oasis. Beautiful property off the main road yet just minutes away from everything. Would not hesitate to recommend this place. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Motueka

Review 10：New modern, comfortable interiors, fully equipped, exceptionally clean, beautifully manicured gardens and lovely swimming pool. Great location just off the Main Street so walking distance to shops and restaurants but felt like a quiet little oasis. Alan and Lisa very helpful. Best motel we have stayed in during our trip to NZ and certainly the best value for money. ( Much nicer than motels that were more expensive).

Review 13：It suited us very well to have two family units, as we were attending a funeral with our 2 adult daughters, and 3 grandchildren. The grounds and use of the pool on site, were absolutely loved by the kiddies.

Review 20：Amazing experience here. Best on our two week trip to New Zealand. Owner on duty when we arrived and personally walked us through our room and provided paper with local restaurants and sightseeing adventures. Rooms are spotlessly clean and beautfully appointed. One street away from main road and absolutely beautiful grounds.
Review 21：In very cold weather the apartment was very cold at entry time and took much fiddling around with heat pump controls with managers' assistance to get heat flowing. Also hot water ran out after two showers. A very cold night!

Review 23：The Equestrian Lodge was a wonderful place to stay if you are looking for a place close to Abel Tasman. The owner Alan, was amazingly helpful, courteous and knowledgable when it came to things to do in the area. Definitely recommend this place to others!
Review 24：Timber platform (deck) infront of the door. My car keys dropped through the platform and I could not get the keys out as I did not have any thongs. It was late and I had to wait till the morning to get car keys out.

Review 37：We did not arrive until very late at night and the helpful owners left our room unlocked ready for us, with the outside light on and milk in the fridge. The free Wi-Fi allowance was more than adequate for our needs.
Review 38：The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The lodge was close to the centre of town so a short walk to shops and restaurants. Lodge is in a quite street with no traffic noise.

Review 40：Lovely spacious room with a 6' bed- almost my no.1 priority at this stage. There was also a single bed in the room & still lots of space. Alan & Lisa were very welcoming & obviously care about their guests. The entrance to the complex was lovely and the grounds immaculately kept. Each unit has a little verandah looking out on the garden, shared in most cases but very quiet & no feeling of being crowded by neighbours. I didn't have time to use the pool unfortunately but, while small, it looked very attractive. Alan was very helpful about booking a cruise we wanted to do up along the coast. We were in unit 7 & second next door to the laundry which was very handy ( also the cheapest we came across on our travels at $2 a load. The iron & ironing board were also in the laundry room). There was a clothesline in the garden which we were able to use. Well done & thanks to you both. Wishing you continued success.
